Goals achieved and goals to be reached this year!

This time of year is a good time to think about goals. At the end of the year, we can analyze which goals were achieved, which were not and also revisit some mistakes that prevented us from achieving them. On some occasions, when we aim for our goals at the beginning of the year, conditions may also be different; the scenario changes and it may be interesting to adjust the goals. Well, each case is different, each person can set their goals according to reality, and in this post, I will analyze which of the most important goals were achieved in 2023 and what my next goals will be for 2024.

HivePower

Last year was my second year here at Hive, and by far it was the best. Wow, I made a lot of friends, participated in important campaigns, helped Hive, achieved some goals and came very close to others. My main focus within Hive at the moment (and also at the beginning of last year) is to achieve numbers within different projects. The first is to accumulate Hive Power.

Having an increasing amount of HP in my portfolio is my main goal, and I take it very seriously, creating daily posts. This HP that has been accumulated over two years is my share of governance within the ecosystem, and that is why I consider it my greatest asset here at Hive; I'm sure many think so too. With my HP, I can support projects, contribute valuable content and show how much I believe in growth at Hive; after all, this is also an acquired financial asset.

As I said before, this year was incredible, but I didn't reach the number I had aimed for at the beginning of this year, which was 10 thousand HP. However, I came very close, and it was very close that this success was not achieved; I managed to reach 9100 HP.

This second year shows in numbers how dedicated I was and how well I directed my content and I started to be noticed for curation projects that contributed a lot to this exponential growth in the year 2023. I had a growth of almost 100% compared to the year 2022.

My goal for 2024 is to maintain this pace for 2023, but I will be modest and set a goal of 15 thousand HP by the end of next year!

Splinterlands

Another project I'm very involved in, which was actually to blame for me discovering Hive, is Splinterlands. I don't hide from anyone that I am passionate about the game and the possibilities of earnings contained in it and a good part of the HBD acquired on this "Hive journey" were dumped there. I got a competitive deck, acquired some other assets within the game (even a good land). But my goals for this game are very much related to the tokens that are connected to it in some way: SPS and SPT.

SPS is an asset that any Splinterlands player craves, as it is the game's governance token and has some uses implemented in the last year. My goal is to get more and more SPS and my main source of earning these tokens is through battles.

My goal for this year was to reach 10 thousand units and be able to surpass that number by far! Today I have almost 12 thousand units and my goal for next year is 20 thousand!

SPT, despite not having great fundamentals, was one of my bets since my first post, as I could have a passive income through its curation. My goal from the beginning has been to reach 1 million units and I reached that mark in mid-October.

Since I managed to reach this goal, I sell all the SPT earned and direct it to other projects and this strategy has helped me achieve other goals.

This was a goal that was reached and has been completed, now I just want to be able to enjoy the gains it provides me and I don't intend to set goals to achieve a higher number than I have. I am satisfied with this amount, I don't have much security with this token and the time has come to make profits after almost two years of accumulating SPT.

LEO

Leo Finance is a project that I got to know well after joining Hive and it surprised me because it was solid and had good fundamentals, which I could bet a few chips on. opportunities that were created there, I grew in LEO token quantity and I intend to grow even more.

This year was wonderful and I managed to get 90% of the 17 thousand Leo tokens, participating in events and campaigns. It's a good token, with fundamentals and good opportunities for gains in different areas, so far I'm very satisfied.

My goal at the beginning of this year was to reach 7 thousand tokens in stake, Leo Power (LP), but when I participated in the first Zealy campaign and staked 9 thousand LEO, my goal was exceeded and I readjusted it to 20 thousand LP by the end of the year. year 2023. I didn't manage to reach that mark, but I came close and considering that I went much further than imagined at the beginning of that year, I'm very happy with that number.

Consistency in participating in LPUD was very important to achieve this goal, and in 2023 I participated in all of them.

My goal for this year is to get 25 thousand Leo, which is half of my long term goal. I really want to achieve this and show how much I believe in this project!

In conclusion, I hope that 2024 will be as good as the past year and that I will be able to achieve these goals here at Hive. I have goals in my personal life that may hinder my consistency here creating content, but it will be an obstacle that I need to overcome.

Esse período do ano é propício para pensar sobre metas. No final do ano, podemos analisar quais metas foram alcançadas, quais não foram e também revisitar alguns erros que nos impediram de conquistá-las. Em algumas ocasiões, quando almejamos nossas metas no início do ano, as condições também podem ser diferentes; o cenário muda e talvez seja interessante ajustar as metas. Bem, cada caso é um caso, cada pessoa pode traçar seus objetivos de acordo com a realidade, e neste post, vou analisar quais das metas mais importantes foram alcançadas em 2023 e quais serão as minhas próximas metas para 2024.

Hive Power

O ano que passou foi o meu segundo ano aqui na Hive e, de longe, foi o melhor. Uau, eu fiz muitos amigos, participei de campanhas importantes, ajudei a Hive, alcancei algumas metas e cheguei bem perto de outras. Meu foco principal dentro da Hive neste momento (e também no início do ano passado) é conquistar números dentro de projetos distintos. O primeiro é acumular Hive Power.

Ter uma quantidade de HP crescente no meu portfólio é meu principal objetivo, e levo isso muito a sério, criando posts diários. Esse HP que vem sendo acumulado ao longo de dois anos é a minha fatia de governança dentro do ecossistema, e por isso o pontuo como o meu maior bem aqui na Hive; tenho certeza de que muitos pensam assim também. Com meu HP, posso apoiar projetos, contribuir com conteúdos de valor e mostrar o quanto eu acredito no crescimento na Hive; afinal, isso também é um patrimônio financeiro adquirido.

Como disse anteriormente, este ano foi incrível, mas não alcancei o número que tinha almejado no início deste ano, que era 10 mil HP. No entanto, cheguei muito perto, e foi por muito pouco que esse êxito não foi alcançado; consegui chegar a 9100 HP.

Esse segundo ano mostra em números o quanto fui dedicado e direcionei bem meus conteúdos e comecei a ser notado por projetos de curadoria que contribuíram muito para esse crescimento exponencial no ano de 2023. Tive um crescimento de quase 100% comparando ao ano de 2022.

Splinterlands

Outro projeto em que eu estou muito engajado, que na verdade foi o culpado por eu ter descoberto a Hive, é Splinterlands. Não escondo de ninguém que sou apaixonado pelo jogo e pelas possibilidade de ganhos contidos nele e boa parte dos HBD adquiridos nessa "jornada Hive", foram despejados lá. Eu consegui um deck competitivo, adquiri alguns outros ativos dentro do jogo ( até mesmo uma boa land). Mas minhas metas para esse jogo estão muito relacionados ao tokens que estão conectados a ele de alguma forma: SPS e SPT.

O SPS é um ativo que qualquer jogador de Splinterlands almeja, já que é o token de governança do jogo e possui algumas utilidades implementadas no último ano. Minha meta é conseguir cada vez mais SPS e minha principal fonte de ganhos desse tokens é através das batalhas.

Minha meta para esse ano era alcançar 10 mil unidades e conseguir ultrapassar esse número com sobra! Hoje possuo quase 12 mil unidades e minha meta para o próximo ano é 20 mil!

O SPT, apesar de não possuir grande fundamentos, foi uma de minhas apostas desde o meu primeiro post, pois eu poderia ter uma renda passiva através de sua curadoria. Minha meta, desde o começo é conseguir 1 milhão de unidades e eu consegui essa marca em meados de outubro.

Desde que consegui alcançar essa meta, eu vendo todos os SPT ganhos e direciono para outros projetos e essa estratégia vem me ajudando a conseguir alcançar outro objetivos.

Essa foi uma meta batida e que foi finalizada, agora eu só quero pode usufruir dos ganhos que ela me proporciona e não pretendo colocar metas conseguir algum número maior do que possuo. Estou satisfeito com essa quantidade, não tenho muita segurança com esse token e chegou a hora de realizr lucros depois de quase dois anos acumulando SPT.

LEO

A Leo Finance é um projeto que conheci bem depois de ter adentrado na Hive e me surpreendeu por ser sólido e que possui bons fundamentos, que eu poderia apostar algumas fichas. Eu gosto como são percussores, inovadores e engajado na web2. Suas propostas me agradam muito e abrem muitas portas para que os usuários da Hive cresçam em seu projeto. Eu surfei nas oportunidades que foram criadas lá dentro, cresci em quantidade token LEO e pretendo crescer ainda mais.

Esse ano foi maravilhoso e consegui 90% dos 17 mil tokens Leo, participando de eventos e campanhas. É um token bom, com fundamentos e boas oportunidades de ganhos em diferentes áreas, até aqui estou muito satisfeito.

Minha meta no começo desse ano era alcançar 7 mil tokens em stake, Leo Power (LP), mas quando participei da primeira campanha Zealy e fiz um Stake de 9 mil LEO, minha meta foi ultrapassada e reajustei para 20 mil LP até o final do ano de 2023. Não consegui chegar nessa marca, mas cheguei perto e levando em consideração que fui muito além do que o imaginado no começo daquele ano, estou muito contente com esse número.

A constância em participar do LPUD foi muito importante para alcançar essa meta, e no ano de 2023 eu participei de todas.

Minha meta para essa ano é conseguir 25 mil Leo, o que é a metade da minha meta de longo prazo. Eu quero muito conseguir isso e mostrar o quanto acredito nesse projeto!

Concluindo, eu espero que de 2024 seja tão bom quanto o ano que se passou e que eu consiga alcançar essa metas aqui na Hive. Tenho metas na minha vida pessoal que podem atrapalhar um pouco na minha constância por aqui criando conteúdos, mas será um obstáculo que eu preciso vencer.
