Dragon Ball through the city walls

This weekend, I was taking a stroll through my city and, as I left the mall, I came across this art on a wall featuring characters from Dragon Ball. I had passed by this wall a few times by car and always thought it was really cool, but I never stopped to take a closer look. This was an opportunity to appreciate it, even after all this time.

I used to love Dragon Ball Z when I was just a kid. I remember watching the episodes shortly before going to school. My son also enjoys it, but I confess that I'm not as familiar with the new editions of Dragon Ball as he is. I'm old school and I like the cartoons from my time.

I felt a certain nostalgia; I loved the art. This is also my entry for the CCC Street Art Contest. I don't remember the name of the artist, but I've seen other works by him around the city, featuring other geeky drawings.

Nesse fim de semana, eu estava dando um passeio pela minha cidade e, ao sair do Shopping, me deparei com essa arte em um muro com os personagens de Dragon Ball. Eu já havia passado por esse muro algumas vezes de carro e sempre achei muito legal, mas nunca parei para ver mais de perto. Essa foi uma oportunidade para apreciá-la, mesmo depois de tanto tempo.

Eu gostava muito de Dragon Ball Z quando era apenas um garoto. Lembro-me de assistir aos episódios um pouco antes de ir para a escola. Meu filho também gosta, mas confesso que as novas edições de Dragon Ball não estou tão familiarizado quanto ele. Eu sou das antigas e gosto dos desenhos da minha época.

Me bateu uma certa nostalgia; adorei a arte. Esta também é a minha entrada para o Concurso de Arte de Rua do CCC. Não me recordo do nome do artista, mas já vi outros trabalhos dele aqui pela cidade, sobre outros desenhos geek.
