Pumpkin Harvest! The Season Just Start!
Hello everyone! I hope you're all having a fantastic Sunday. I just got back from the water festival in Cambodia last month, and it was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere was incredible, and it felt like the sun was shining all day long. Although it's usually the rainy season during that time, we lucked out with great weather.
While I was waiting for something, I started talking with my friends. You might remember that they're the ones who sell coffee. So, as we were talking, I decided to order a frappe with a combination of coffee and vanilla. Let me tell you, it smelled absolutely divine! So sure, wait just a minute. Some people even love mixing it with green tea, which sounds pretty unique.
This week, a few of my friends took an entrance exam, and I'm thrilled to share that some of them got scholarships to study abroad. One friend is headed to New Zealand, and another is off to Vietnam. It's great to see their hard work paying off!
As the days fly by, might accept the feel excited for the upcoming pumpkin harvest. My aunt's friends have been growing some amazing pumpkins, and they only get bigger and better each month. I love using them for desserts, especially when they're combined with creamy coconut. It's pure bliss!
I genuinely hope all of you are doing well too. This post was originally meant to be about the pumpkin season in Cambodia, but sometimes I feel like it's happening earlier than expected.
I can smell the coffee and vanilla from here. haha
Can't wait for some pumpkin dessert posts!!! :D
