Memories From My School Days - Happy Thoughts

Thinking back now to my school days, I didn't really lead a boring school life as I had thought I was back then. I was doing almost the opposite of whatever my mates were doing back then but there are just some of those things I did with them even though I didn't want to.

I was the shy and quiet kind, never got into trouble with my mates, always punctual until my university days when good girls went bad 😂

My university days were so much fun but I'd love to share why my favourite memories are from my high school days. I was younger back then and got to learn a lot of new things at that age so it was more thrilling and fun. Some of the memories may come in faintly but they are still memories I hold dear with every little thing I learnt from them.

I was a favourite fellow student and a favourite to teachers.

I'm not going to boast about this because I honestly didn't like the attention I got because of this back then. I was shy so the aspect of me being in front of others, going errands and being noticed any class I go into, I felt it all strange. But I enjoyed the benefits that came with the favourite position. I got the better part of school parties, shows and even in the little privileges in class.

I had a crush with a fellow classmate.

No need to lie about that since it's in the past now 😂 I thought I wasn't ever going to be like the other girls who couldn't stop talking about their crushes, I thought so until I took notice of a fellow classmate. I knew then that having a crush comes with a lot of work trying to get their attention. Surprisingly, my crush knew me more than I thought he did but we never got to talk about my crush feeling (I knew it would be a waste of confession) 🤣

I followed my friends to a place dad never knew I went to.

My dad knows almost everything about me while I was growing up so the first time I did something he didn't know felt strange but very fun. My friends and I decided to take a path that many have been avoiding to use while going or coming from school. It was rumoured to be a dangerous path but we wanted to do something brave once and the three of us began the journey. We saw a huge stream, two of my friends bath with it and I couldn't explain how fun it was for them but I was way to scared to join them. I regret that I didn't join them though lol.

I played a prank on a lot of my friends

Like I said, I was the shy type and all my mates knew that about me so it was almost impossible to figure out what I could do and not do 😂 that helped me to succeed in all my mischievous plans to cause a stir in class or make my friends spill some truths. I can't even start counting out the number of pranks I played on them. The one time they caught on that I was the one, I played an innocent face to say it was my first time and I didn't mean to do it, they believed me! 😂

There are a lot of memories running through my head right now and I like the smiles I've having on my face just thinking about them. School days were beautiful, I miss those days.
