Hallo liebe Community,

bei uns gab es die letzten Tage Zucchini in unterschiedlicher Zubereitung.

Einmal gab es diese mit Hackfleisch gefüllt, dann noch als Lasagne, leider ohne Tomatensoße, weil meine Frau es so wollte.

Dann habe ich noch Zucchini Chips zum Snacken zubereitet.

Zucchini Spagehtti mit Shrimps und Hollandaise Sauce für meine Frau.

Für mich gab es diese mit Bolognese Sauce.

Zu guter Letzt gab es Zucchini mit Speck, Zwiebeln Ei und Käse als Auflaufform.

Das war alles sehr lecker und nicht zu viel Zucchini, wie der eine oder andere jetzt denken mag. Wir beide lieben Zucchini und man kann damit sehr viel unterschiedliches machen.

Hello dear community,

the last few days we had courgette in different preparations.

Once we had them stuffed with minced meat, then as lasagne, unfortunately without tomato sauce, because my wife wanted it that way.

Then I prepared courgette chips for snacking.

Courgette Spagehtti with shrimps and hollandaise sauce for my wife.

For me I had these with Bolognese sauce.

Last but not least we had courgette with bacon, onions egg and cheese as a casserole.

It was all very tasty and not too much courgette, as some may think now. We both love courgettes and you can do a lot of different things with them.
