As usual, I got up very early, prepared breakfast and lunch at once to leave the food ready for my children, who were studying, since I had planned to visit my mother, who has not been in good health lately. I left everything in order and went to my mom to help her with the housework...

Being at my mom's house, she tells me that she hasn't gone out for days because she has had a lot of pain in her legs and in her head, but she wanted to go out for a walk, because if she stays at home she gets sicker, and even though the sun It was a bit strong, we looked for our umbrellas and went out, my mother took me to a house belonging to a lady who has many banana plants and it caught my attention that the plant had two very large bunches of bananas, I have always seen one of them

After talking for a while with the lady, and observing her beautiful plants, she gives us some very ripe, large and very sweet bananas from her harvest, here in the valley the land is very fertile and any type of food is produced. It is sown, also the climate is very good to grow any type of fruit and vegetables

We continued walking a little more and everything looked very beautiful. There was a variety of crops such as sorghum, corn, tomato and chives. We were also able to observe the different animals that are raised in this area, such as sheep and cows, and the farmers working their land. The work that these people do is worth admiring, since for them there are no holidays and it does not matter if there is a lot of sun or rain, they still have to attend to their crops

We continued walking observing the beauty of nature, my nephew was very happy because he could run freely without danger, since cars do not pass through there and a very clean environment feels, my mother was also happy, it is good for her to walk and in this way she distract a little and she told me to keep walking, and the sun was not an impediment to continue enjoying

Suddenly the day began to feel like it was going to rain, some very dark clouds, and the rain could already be seen on the hill, but we were prepared with our umbrellas, but the rain went down the hill and did not reach the place where we were, and Fearing that it would not start to rain hard, we returned since we had to cross a river on the way back, and it is a bit dangerous when it rains to the hill because it can bring a lot of water

Then we got home very happy to have made this tour of the valleys
