LOH #139 // A dream come true
The best thing about achieving a goal is that it gives us another opportunity to have another dream as soon as that happens. We never stop dreaming and there are lots of milestone everybody wants to reach.
I have always dreaming of sowing my clothes by myself, what is the essence of the talent that you have that you can not use for yourself.
The first time I started to make hair for people, my intention is if I was able to make hair I will also see who will help me make my hair too but that is not true. There was a day I make hair for someone and I liked it, I went to a salon and show them the hairstyle and at the end of the day I didn't like what the make for me since then I have been thinking of other hand work that can be useful for my own need too that is how I come up with fashion designing.
The first Tim I started learning it feels like miracle, the only thing I found fascinating is Stoning the cloth but when I pay more attention to it, I found it not amazing. The first cloth I make for myself is not that good but I was happy because I was able to do it by myself without anybody's help.
I continue learning online because I stopped going to my learning place when I gave birth to my baby, anytime I go online and I saw the tutorial about how to cut a particular style, I will find piece and try it out and now I can show clothes by myself without anybody interference.
It really a dream come true for me because I never know I can be able to make a dress for myself not to talk of making it for someone else, now I can proudly make cloth for my sisters and I and I don't need to pay for cloth making again.

No knowledge is waste and we shouldn't stop learning like you said, learning never end.
When you have a dream you have to work to achieve it, I congratulate you for learning to make clothes, in these times when everything is expensive that is an advantage. Greetings friend.

My father spent more time raising me than my breadwinner Mom, while Father was a fine Chef he taught me to cook. He couldn't sew if his life depended on it. Too bad, I could use the sewing skills.
My mom was a fashion designer back in the days but I didn't stay with her so I was unable to learn anything from her untill I go in search of it.
making clothes is something very cool, it's good that you were able to achieve your dream. Thanks for sharing

It indeed cool, I got to know only when I was able to make clothes
It is always one step at a time, even though your first piece of cloth did not come out well, but as you keep doing it you will get better and better. Practice makes a person perfect and who knows this can become a big business opportunity for you some day
