Egg Roll Filled With Chicken And Carrot

Hi Foodie Lovers! This time I would like to present egg rolls filled with potatoes, carrots, and chicken.
It is not easy to make this dish, but I will try to show my work today. Egg rolls is usually enjoyed with tomato sauce and mayonnaise.

Here is my recipe:

250 gram of chicken meat ( minced). 2 medium potatoes1 medium carrot1 bunch of leeks1/2 onion 2 red onions or shallots2 garlics

The dough of the egg roll

250 gram wheat flour
2 spoons of tapioca
2 spoons of vegetable oil
1 egg1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
250 gram of breadcrumb

Step 1

  • Slice carrots and potatoes into small pieces.- Slice the leek.- Slice onions and garlic.
  • Mince the chicken meat - Saute with garlic and onions with a little salt and pepper
  • Add the potatoes and carrots. # Step 2- Make the dough - Put all dough's ingredients and stir gently. - Add an egg and two teaspoons of vegetable oil and mix well.

Step 3

  • Make the dough
  • Put the liquid in to the frying pan without oil or with little oil.
  • Turn around and flatten the dough - Take out the dough when it is done

Step 4

  • Fill the dough with the sauteed chicken and vegetables.- Roll the dough carefully.- Coat with breadcrumbs. To coat with breadcrumbs, you need a little of egg-white to stick the breadcrumbs

Step 5 - Fried the egg roll

Final step

Serve with chili or tomato sauce with a little mayonnaise! Thanks for reading...!
