The young man with purpose

Once upon a time there was a young man named Juan, who lived in a small town in the mountains of Mexico. Juan was a very hard-working boy and had a great interest in learning and improving himself. However, education and employment opportunities in the town were very limited.

One day, a friend told him that there were more opportunities in the city, that he could study and have a better job. Juan began to save all the money he could from his work in the fields and after several months, he managed to raise enough to move to the city in search of a better future.

One day, Juan received a job offer at a large and well-established company. The offer was tempting and could have given him a comfortable life, but Juan was not entirely satisfied. He had seen how the company treated the workers badly and how they took advantage of their need.

Juan decided to reject the offer and look for a job that would allow him to be happy and feel proud of what he did. After a while, he found a small company that offered a more humble job, but had values ​​and principles that were in line with his own.

Today, Juan owns his own company and has a work team made up of people who share his same values ​​and principles. For him, the most important thing is not money, but the positive impact that his work can have on the community and on the people around him.
