😾 Chairwoman Meow Gets Rough Handled πŸ‘Ά & Refuses To Attack Baby πŸ™…β€β™€οΈ

Our neighbor's daughter Nutsara is pretty rough with Chairwoman Meow, but most of the time predator can gracefully avoid becoming prey.

Easy Does It Meow 🀏

Β  Β  Β I hate to admit that animal cruelty is a favorite past-time here in Cambodia for a large part of the population, much like baseball for 'Mericans. Veterinarians not focused exclusively on farm animals is a business idea only introduced to the country since I've lived here, around 2010 or so. A large percentage of the country is also very socially fragile, and correcting each other in public for poor behavior is very rare.

Β  Β  Β I've seen far too many times a kind looking person pick up a stone on the sidewalk and throw it at a dog or cat on the opposite side of the road that isn't even a threat. There are certainly some traumatized animals here, and a lot of strays flinch and cower in close proximity of humans. Sorry things got kind of sad there for a second, what I mean to say is that Chairwoman Meow has escaped the matrix by adopting us as her humans.

Β  Β  Β It totally makes sense that Chairwoman Meow would choose the red pill, even if the Matrix occasionally tries to drag her back in the form of Nutsara visits. I was busy working on the computer while Meow gently rested on my lap, and without warning Nutsara violently snatched kitty from me and begin abusing her while her momma laughed. I obviously didn't correct the child with her mom in the room because of the previous sensitivities I mentioned earlier.

Β  Β  Β While Nutsara pulled on Meow's fur and tail and tossed her around the room, I watched Meow for any signs of emotion. You see cats are godless killing machines for the most part, and when I look at their crocodile eyes, it doesn't really feel like a mammal is looking back at me. Don't tell Chairwoman Meow I said this by the way, that was strictly cat-fidential yo'.

Β  Β  Β I asked Chairwoman Meow to just try and survive the situation until our guests depart, and surprisingly she hung in there. When I checked Meow for any signs of emotion, her face looked like she was resigned to her fate. When she got a chance to make an escape, she broke away from Nutsara's death grip and hid on my lap under the computer table while Nutsara paced around the house looking for kitty.

Β  Β  Β In other news, Srey-Yuu has really stepped up to the plate lately and offered me a lot more help. My wife has health issues and often doesn't feel well enough to cook, clean, hang the laundry, etc., and Srey-Yuu is now often the one to pick up the slack. I thank you Srey-Yuu for being a good cook and awesome Hive assistant, and I thank Monkey-B for her sous chefery help in the kitchen.

I don't like animal cruelty too. Although though I don't have pets.
Srey-Yuu and Monkey-B, both of them are good chefs.

Yes, I agree, and I although I can't help every animal, I am glad to help Chairwoman Meow, and she is certainly a welcome addition to our house.

I observe kids do love cats. Hehe. I love cats too. By the way, the foodie looked so delicious and it is like Empanada here in the Philippines. Best regards.

Hmm, we might have to see if kitty likes our fried treats. They are like empanadas a bit, we got used to eating those in Ecuador. When we were thinking about selling momos/samosas in Ecuador, we were going to call them "Empanadas de India" to make them relatable to the public.

True, I told the mother to teach her children to be kind with animals, but she seemed entertained by it. I then warned the kids that Meow is capable of giving a lifelong lesson at any moment, but on this day Meow didn't become a teacher 🀣.

Oh I hope your wife gets better soon. It makes me sad to think about it. It's fortunate that you have a helpful young lady to help out.

Chairwomen Meow is in the same league allowing a baby to experience the joy of torturing animals.😞

Really sad but the way you speak of the C.M. is hillarious.

(Edited)

My dream is to save up money and have her see a foreign doctor for a barrage of tests to see what's going on with her. I've tried to tell her it's not normal to be sick 4-5 days a week, but as most Cambodians say, it's "no problem." I have studied online a lot and have learned that many issues in this country are psychosomatic, even a Cambodian "mass fainting sickness" that factory workers experience after they are not allowed to protest and not given a raise.

Usually these mass fainting spells shut the factory down for several days, cause economic losses, then the factory says something like it was diesel fumes from an out of town truck with a broken exhaust. In reality these spells are likely self-induced, and usually the factory owner treats the workers better after a mass fainting spell. I fear my wife's problem is depression, but she isn't aware of the links between constant negative thoughts and its effect on the physical body.

Thanks for reading, C.M. seems to give me lots of funny ideas when it comes to writing.
