NEWBIES INITIATIVE TASK 4 REPORT (TEAM 1)

Hello everyone. I hope you're all doing well and enjoying the weather. Welcome to my blog.

As the team leader of one of the teams of the newbies initiative program, it is my duty to make a weekly report of my member's progress. On that note, I welcome you all to the 4th edition of the weekly team leader’s report.

The first task of this program was quite simple. The first task required the newbies to write about the importance of setting goals and the goals they'd like to achieve at the end of the program. Sounds interesting and easy, right? Well, as continued things started getting interesting and tougher.

The fourth task of the newbies initiative is all about hive DAPPS- Introduction to hive DAPPS. The newbies were introduced to the dapps we have on the blockchain, and we also tested their knowledge on various hive dapps. As usual, the newbies were provided with the necessary materials that equipped them with the help of necessary information. We also had a meeting on the Smile Discord channel. @starstrings01 and @ksam (they are both experienced hiveans) were there to lecture them. The newbies were also given chances to ask questions which they did.

Okay, guys. Let me share a little secret here. I'm a product of the newbies initiative program. I was among the lucky members that enrolled and enjoyed the benefits of the program. This particular task was my least favorite task. Other tasks were very simple. Well, the first three tasks were very simple and I thought other tasks would be like that, and then boooom! Task 4! I almost gave up, guys! The task was so stressful. I remember spending more than two days on just one task. Thankfully, @nkemakonam89 @hopestylist and @vickoly were there to guide me.

The same thing happened to @ibbtammy. I felt so sorry for her. @sperosamuel15 and others also didn't find this task easy at all. But the thing is; I'm glad you guys didn't give up. Hehe, even though you almost gave up, I'm glad you didn't. Well done, guys.

TASK REVIEW

There are 11 members of my team. 5 of them attempted the task, while others didn't. @rosheedkassie complained that the Venezuelan network was giving issues, which is probably why he didn't attempt the task. He is one of my active members and he has never missed a task since the beginning of this program. I understand why he missed out on this one.
