My Actifit Report Card: July 7 2024
Famjam Sunday—all basic stuff that folks with a baby do: feed baby, walk outside with baby, play with baby. We hit up a park and enjoyed the hot weather, got a bunch of steps in too.
Step fuel afterward was butter chicken with basmati on greens. Yum.
The distant memories of my workout life echo and beckon—tough to find time amid the babying but I am confident about finding a way back. Not in a rush… but it’ll be key keeping up with kiddo as she ages!
