Suis-je vraiment hypocondriaque ?
Pourquoi est-ce que j'hésite?
Il est vrai que je vais souvent chez le médecin et que je consulte plusieurs spécialistes.
Là par exemple, je reviens à l'instant de chez le néphrologue.
On a constaté une déformation de mes reins ainsi que la présence de plusieurs lithiases. Du coup on sort le grand jeu : analyses et scanners au programme. Pas de panique cependant, car ma fonction rénale est bonne.
Néanmoins, les lithiases, je ne les ai pas inventées.
Ensuite, j'ai mal partout, c'est vrai, je m'en plains régulièrement, mais là aussi le scanner à bien montré à mon rhumatologue qu'il s'agissait d'une poly arthrose généralisée (oui, de la nuque, aux orteils, pourquoi faire les choses à moitié), là non plus mon cerveau pourra faire ce qu'il veut il ne l'inventera pas.
Il y a deux mois, j'ai été aux urgences, je pensais sincèrement faire une crise cardiaque. L'urgentiste m'a relâché après avoir tout testé en disant que c'était le colon irritable, que je devais juste rester ZEN. Sauf qu'en rentrant de l'hosto, j'ai passé deux jours à 38+ de température, encore une fois, rien d'imaginaire... Et depuis ma tension joue au yoyo entre 13-5 et jusque 17-9.
J'ai demandé à mon médecin, s'il y avait un médicament pour lutter contre l'hypocondrie, ou du moins, un moyen pour atténuer les fixations ... Il m'a prescrit un anti-dépresseur.
Et là, je vous avoue, j'hésite beaucoup à les prendre.
Mon néphrologue me dit que cela me fera du bien, et j'avoue que j'en sais rien, j'en ai déjà pris, ce qui m'a transformé et m'a rendu obèse, mais jamais je n'ai eu l'impression d'aller mieux, et j'allais à ce moment là bien plus souvent aux urgences que maintenant, donc cela ne m'avait pas aidé au niveau de l'hypocondrie.
D'ailleurs, est-ce vraiment de l'hypocondrie ?
Telle est ma question, la plupart des symptômes cités sont difficilement somatisés, n'est-ce pas simplement que Ithara, et bien, il a pas trop de chance au niveau de sa santé? (Rasoir d'Ockham)
Devrais-je reprendre ces anti-dépresseurs avec leurs risques, pour quelque chose que je ne suis pas persuadé avoir et qui, apparemment, ne fut pas traité la première fois ?
En tous les cas, ce n'est pas à chatgpt que je le demanderais, mais bien à vous, êtres conscients et réellement intelligents :-)

Difficile de donner des conseils en matière de santé.
Les symptômes sont réels, je pense que c'est évident.
Le stress et l'anxiété sont des facteurs très aggravants sur les symptômes et leur perception.
Plus des médicaments, la solution passe sans doute par la recherche de toute activité qui peut aider à baisser le stress : le jeu vidéo, les sorties, la piscine, le jardinage, ... Prendre du temps pour soi.
Les médicaments, je ne sais pas, n'y ayant pas été confronté.
Oui, trouvé des activités sympa me parait mieux que ce médoc en plus :-)

Pas grand fan des anti depresseurs, ce serait mieux de trouver un autre moyen pour canaliser et dompter ton stress, cours de yoga ou de relaxation ? Un petit séjour dans un temple bouddhiste (ils sont très fort pour maitriser la douleur) ? Un petit thé dans une maison de thé japonaise planqué au milieu d'un magnifique jardin japonais tout les jours après le repas du midi hahaha
Tout ça pour dire qu'il faudrait que tu trouve une activité (de préférence à l'extérieur pour te sortir de ton cadre) qui te permettrait de te relaxer et évacuer le stress qui amplifie certainement grandement l'effet de tes soucis de santé

Si tu as déjà pris des anti-dépresseurs tu connais les effets secondaires, je pense qu'il vaut mieux éviter, c'est un truc à prendre quand on est vraiment au fond du trou et qu'on n'arrive pas à remonter.
Je suis plutôt contre les psychotropes même si j'ai passé une bonne partie de ma vie à en distribuer, mais je bossais en psychiatrie alors pas le choix et les patients en avaient vraiment besoin.
Mais pour moi, je n'y touche pas, même pas les benzo.
