We Are Alive! February 14th, 2024 Special Treats
Today I brought some special treats back from the store, dark chocolate for my wife, a bottle of sweet wine for both of us and a large pot roast to enjoy as a family! I also surprised her with some chicken sandwiches!
The children cheerfully completed their schoolwork today and to celebrate we'll play some more Mario Wonder. Winter is drawing to a close and so are the video games for a while.
My wife made a big pile of muffins, which are going to become breakfast sandwiches to store in the freezer. Yum!

She was happy for the chocolate especially, she's not big on wine and the pot roast is dinner on Friday. I think she was most happy with the chicken sandwiches.
