When Mosquito Feels Like A Family Member

Ever since I returned back home I've been tormented by mosquitoes. At school, I hardly had saw mosquitoes but at my place you can see them all around you and you might even be thinking they are now part of the family or something. I can remember days when we had no mosquito net at home, so we made use of insecticides which was not that helpful but it was quite manageable. But we spent too much money to get them and they also finish on time, it was then we remembered we had mosquito net at home.

When we started using the mosquito net, it was as if the mosquitoes knew that they would be starving for blood to suck so they also changed their strategy, like what the heck! So now what they do is, during the day they still hang around to discuss with us as family members that they think they are. The only time we are totally free from mosquito bites is at noon but once it's evening they resume because they know we would soon run into our net.

The mosquito at my house are no longer scared of what we can do to them because they know they've gat themselves. Now when you try to kill a mosquito you might end up hurting yourself because of how hard you try to hit them to your body or the wall. I know how many times I've hurt myself because I wanted to get rid of a single mosquito and I end up being in pain while the mosquito will be watching me from behind giggling, how sad.

Sometimes I feel these tiny little creatures especially the ones at my house are very good at planning. They are so determined to get what they want. There was one night when I already made the net for us to sleep and just before I was about entering my Dad called me to do something for him. At that point it was as if I could hear those tiny things laughing at the top of their voices if they have one. My dad wanted me to write something for him so I had to sit down and immediately I sat down, I began feeling uncomfortable because mosquitoes were already pestering me.

That day it was as if the mosquitoes were paying me back for all the other mosquitoes I've killed in time past. When I finally entered my net, I kept feeling uncomfortable till I finally fell asleep. Those mosquitoes literally gave me trauma! But surprisingly, my brother doesn't make use of net but then he hardly complains of mosquito bites it was then I knew that mosquitoes are partial. My brother that agreed to give himself as a living sacrifice to them to bite, they refuse to bite him but me that I'm running from them they refuse to let me be, what a life?

I think it's because of my brother that's why they are already feeling like they are part of the family. No matter where you go to in my house, they will follow you around like a child running after his or her mother. I'm really pained because I don't know how to tell these tiny creatures that they are not part of my family neither did they rent an apartment in our house. Please if you have any way I can relate my message to these guys please let me know at the comment section because this is really becoming something else.

I remember one day when my sister told me she had to walk around the house to make a post because once she sits down, those mosquitoes will come for her. While we were talking about our unwanted visitor yesterday, my brother said something that was really hilarious. He said that one of the mosquitoes life was in danger because it failed to pass it's parasite to a human and now it has malaria. I wanted to laugh at what he said but just then I received a mosquito bite, again! And I was scared because what if that mosquito finally passed it's parasite to me? My laugh immediately seized and it's in coma as we speak, please someone should share with me how to communicate with these imposters in my house.

Until next time, stay AWESOME and JIGGY!!!

So sorry about this experience. Its same in my area but thats during dry season. The rainy season as we have it now naturally deals with them, so we are free now to hang outside. However, I always try to wear protective clothing when outside. There was a time it got so bad that i had to buy 3 pairs of long stockings that passed my knee. I wear a pair each different night.

I really hope for a permanent solution to those irritating insects.

Mine is not outside the house, it's inside my house, everywhere. The net is helping a lot though but sometimes I get lazy to put up the net early and I suffer for it accordingly.

I do try to put on clothes to cover my body but somehow they still manage to pierce through the clothes or they go for my face sef.

I hope so too, thanks for sharing in my pain.

Yes oo, then my dad was asking us to start using it but we refused because we thought it would be too hot inside but when the mosquitoes started biting us endlessly, nobody advised us before we brought it out, lol.

Hahaha, mosquito is part of the family o. You cannot eradicate them neither can you speak to them. My pain is why do they always go for the ears when they want to sing. I slapped myself so hard once because I wanted to stop the mosquito song. Chai, what shall we do like this.

As in ehn, my ear that I slapped one time like that is still as if they poured hot water on it.

There was even one time when I was feeling sleepy and they didn't allow me sleep, I cried

Hahaha, just let them be and don't fail to sleep in the net. The mosquitoes in my place are now keeping malice with me.

Lol, how are they keeping malice with you? 😂

Because I make use of mosquito net. Even if I spot any holes, I quickly stitch in time. So I guess this made the mosquitoes angry

Hahaha, me I use sealing tape to cover any hole too, hehe and I think that's why they are angry at me too, lol.

Yep, I think so too. But we have to be rid of them one way or the other, so their anger does not hold water

I've tried that once but it was not my thing and I don't know which one would be good for me. Do you have any suggestions?

Now, I know what you're thinking. How on earth can a mosquito feel like a family member? Well, let me explain. You see, there was this one summer when my family and I were camping out in the great outdoors. We set up our tents, built a cozy campfire, and were all ready for a fun-filled adventure.

But, of course, the mosquitoes had other plans. No matter what we did, they seemed to find a way to feast on our blood. They were relentless! And let me tell you, we tried everything - bug spray, citronella candles, even those fancy electronic mosquito zappers. But still, they persisted.

I know how you feel my dear. but don't let it bug you!!!

Oh no! I can't imagine that kind of experience, I would have lost my mind for some time, especially those noisy mosquitoes, they are the worst.

I will try not to let it bug me and that's why I always try to run into my net as early as possible.

Thank you so much for your contribution and also sharing your experience with me, I guess Mosquitos are really part of most families then, hehe.

🤣🤣🤣
Those little tiny creatures are smart than human beings now. There are times I have slapped my cheeks and buttocks all in the name of killing mosquitoes flying and singing bad songs in my ears. Lol
Mosquitoes are here too. The parlour is a no go area, neither is my room too but I don't know what to do again than wrapping myself with a wrapper from head to toe.

Rat is my problem. I was even shocked to see a big one in my room last week because I have never heard of rat coming in our house. I will be making a post of it next week in this community 😆😆
But you see my own house? We are roommate now. They are living in a free house, yet always disturbs my peace 😄😄

You can imagine, they are indeed a parasite they just take take and take without giving anything in return.

That of rats, I'm happy they don't disturb too much because I'm have great respect for them, lol.

I'd be looking forward to reading your experience then. Thank you so much for your contribution 🥰

Mosquitoes can be very smart sometimes, they can torment like mad.
My uncle kills them at every sight. He told of a time he was in school about how his walls were painted as if it's a slaughter house, but it's actually blood sucking mosquitoes

lol, the first measure is to always close your doors and windows, better to do door and window nets to avoid heat...

second measure is to get nets, mosquitoes spray and every every, this is a war between humans and mosquitoes lol

Like this war is real! We have all of these in place but then it's only the mosquito net that seems to be useful.

Hahaha those guys are not playing oo, like the feel like family members and ack as if the have evey right to make noise.

I really dislike mosquito like I can stay all night killing mosquito because I will not be able to sleep I feel so uncomfortable with their noise, imagine having some sweet dreams and mosquito will just come and wake you, like what the hell don't you have respect for sweet dreams 🤣🤣🤣.

The only way you will overcome them is to always close your doors and windows and try to sleep under net

Hahaha they disturb you like you owe them a lot of money.

Yeah, I've also discovered that staying under my net is the only best way to avoid them. I'm happy we have one at home.

Thank you so much for your contribution, it's nice having you around and also hearing your own part of the story, hehe.
