Location

The location is very important for a company, depending on what kind of company it is, it also needs certain infrastructure.

Companies with stores and customer traffic should find an attractive location. Sufficient parking spaces should be available for customers arriving by car.

To attract customers, it can be an advantage to be close to certain facilities. More stores, train stations, places of interest, museums and much more can lead to more customers, as they will then stop in once.

Hivetycoon doesn't allow you to choose a location, but you can link your NFT (such as parking) to one of your businesses and make it more attractive to customers.

Most NFTs can only be used at one store, so they are not valid for the entire company. Decide sensibly which NFT you use for which store.

Each store can be linked to several NFTs. Some NFTs can be used multiple times at one business (e.g. 2x parking spaces) and some only once (e.g. train station).

Standort

Der Standort ist für ein Unternehmen sehr wichtig, je nachdem, um was für ein Unternehmen es sich handelt, benötigt es auch bestimmte Infrastruktur.

Unternehmen mit Geschäften und Kundenverkehr sollten einen attraktiven Standort finden. Für Kunden, die mit dem PKW kommen, sollten ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden sein.

Um Kunden anzulocken, kann es von Vorteil sein, in der Nähe von bestimmten Einrichtungen zu sein. Weitere Geschäfte, Bahnhöfe, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Museen und vieles mehr können zu mehr Kunden führen, da diese dann bei einem Mal hereinschauen.

Bei Hivetycoon kannst du zwar keinen Standort wählen, aber du kannst deine NFT (wie z.B. Parkplatz) mit einem deiner Geschäfte verknüpfen und dieses für Kunden attraktiver machen.

Die meisten NFT kannst du nur bei einem Geschäft verwenden, sind also nicht für das gesamte Unternehmen gültig. Entscheide sinnvoll, bei welchem Geschäft du welche NFT nutzt.

Dabei kann jedes Geschäft mit mehreren NFT verknüpft werden. Manche NFT kannst du mehrfach bei einem Geschäft nutzen (z.B. 2xParkplätze) und manche nur einmal (z.B. Bahnhof).
