LOH Contest #103. Women Deserve To Be Heard.

The news of people taking laws into their hands because a fellow human did something that they feel it's against their faith is not so new to me because in my country we have recorded such happenings. Some time ago there was news of a lady who was stoned to death because she insulted the prophet and that did not go down for so many.

What do you think about the news of this sort?

In my view, a human should not be seen taking the life of another because no one but God gives life.

Do you think you could ever live in such a conservative society

Nigeria is a country that has people with different regions' practice though some people takes theirs to the extreme which is not nice. I have not seen myself residing in an extreme society. But if duty calls, I will not say no to that.

Would you even consider briefly visiting such a country with such laws?

I will not mind at least seeing things for myself. And sure I know my friend @event-horizon will be glad to receive me. When we make time to see those who pass through difficult times they always have this sense of relieve and it give them that courage to know that someone cases about them. Also their hope comes alive to believe that someday help will come for them

How can we assist such women, who cannot afford to flee to a safe place?

Sincerely so many laws are just against women, and many people will not even want to see anyone taking help them. But if I can have personal contact with them I will pick it up from there.
