My Actifit Report Card: July 26 2024

Hello All,

Hope you all are doing good and getting ready to start your weekend. I have not posted in months on Actifit app, I used to be very active but after the birth of our baby life is little too busy and I am finding it difficult to spare time to post here. Although it may only take a few mins. But I think I am being lazy and also feeling exhausted after a days work and running around by daughter.

Today was also a very tiring day but I am trying to be determined to get back to my old routine.

It was not a good start of the day, in fact it was a continuation of last night. My wife was not feeling well and had to be take to hospital. She was in a lot of pain and almost fainted because of it. So I spent the night in hospital and only came back home in early morning and managed to get sleep for a few hours before going back to collect her as she was discharged in the afternoon. Gods thing is that it was nothing major, a tummy bug some sort of. She is not feeling any pain and able to eat normal.

I hope this is it and we will have some relaxing weekend.
