The Launching of 75th Founding Anniversary In Manticao Day 1

Every Month of February starting this Day February 2, Our town will conducted or launching the first day of founding anniversary, and there are already lots of different kinds of activities will be done until February 7. This Morning, I decided to went in our Public Plaza to watch the Battle of the Band. Each schools of different Barangays here in Manticao will perform there nice presentation by dancing and instrument playing just like Lyres, Drums. If our town celebrated founding anniversary, it will be expected to have many exciting activities to be held in here. Exactly 7 AM when the motorcade started and they traveled from Barangay Punta Silum down to Barangay Poblacion.

It takes almost 2 hours of the motorcade and the people who joined the motorcade are the Local Government Staffs, The Miss Manticao Candidates, Barangay Health Workers, Counselors, Barangay Captains and the band participants. After the long motorcade, they proceed to the Gymnasium were the battle of the band helded. Many people from different Barangays also there to support the band participants. The town of Manticao consists of 13 Barangays namely:

• Camanga
• Toud
• Cabalantian
• Argayoso
• Paniangan
• Pagawan
• Punta Silum
• Upper Malubog
• Poblacion
• Patag
• Digkilaan
• Balintad
• Mahayahay

While the program has not yet started, I decided to walked around the Public Plaza. As I observed, there are lots of good things that will perfectly brought on with a low prizes. This is already kind of tradition everytime when there is a Founding activities and Christmas activities. People are really enjoyed watching those things sell at this tents and some of it are delicious foods and snacks. The Public plaza was already filled with many people and visitors from far away places, and exactly 9 AM when the EMCEE started to announced for the program will be started.

The Gymnasium was already filled with people and it is very hard to let it in but I'm trying my best to get inside of the gymnasium. It takes a few minutes before starting because some of the participants are not yet ready, and while waiting The Municipal Mayor and announcing of the week Activities was being done. It helps us to know the 1 week activities and this will be very exciting. There are few Schools who participated in the contest, and they look very nice on their outfits, and dance and drums presentation.

This are the highschool who participated in the contest, and they well organized and their presentation is very unique. The supporters of the band participants also shouting to expressed their fully support of each participants, and through this it will make us more confident by doing the tasks very well.

There are also Elementary Participants and those little kids are very cute with their outfit.

We really enjoyed watching their dance and band presentations especially those little kids who did their best to make their presentation perfectly. Our Municipal Mayor was very thankful to all Organizers, Teachers and Parents to participate this contest. Through this, the children will express their talents to other people. I really amazed of them, they have a wonderful talents and skills and I am really sure that those kids Parents are very proud. This is the first day of the activity and there are lots of awaiting activities for the next days to come.

It takes many hours before the event was done and next is the announcing of winners to battle of the band contest. I really enjoyed this morning, and aside of this activity, there are some exciting activities that should really watch.
