I also grated some coconuts so that I can extract the coconut milk by adding right amount of clean water. Coconut milk is very important if we cook Latik snacks, this will make the food or snacks tastier and delicious. I placed it in a clean bowl and I used streamer so that the big particles can't be included and it will be separated.

I also add this few ingredients just like Margarine, Sugar and Condense to make the snacks taste creamier, sweet and delicious. After that, I mixed all together very carefully so it will balance the taste and I cooked it for almost an hour. This is a perfect kind of snacks and one of my Favorite.

Collecting Old Things:

Maybe some of us loves to collect old things, and most of us have already old things they keep. This will make us remembered the old civilization and the things they used back in many years already. I also love to collect old things and this is one of my hobbies. We have some old things owned by my GrandFather's Parents, and I really want to keep this as a golden treasures brought from the past.

The first thing I keep is this old pot. My Grandfather always used this by steaming fish, and this was already owned by His Father. Here in our place we called it, Kolon. A clay formed in this kind of shape and put in the hole at the ground covered with burned charcoals.

This is what we called, Stone Grinder. A very old materials used for grinding grains and corns. This was owned by my Grandma's Mother and the age of this stone is already 150 years old. I was very amazed of it because of its perfect round shapes.

Next is this old flat iron used for clothes. In order to make this thing turn to heat, people on that day put burned coconut shell charcoals before using it to ironing clothes. It contains a wood handle us to open the iron before putting the charcoal inside of it.

This thing is what we called petromax, and old traditions of giving lights at the place particularly inside the house. It also used for fishing and now-a-days, people used modern lamps. This thing consists of pyrex glass so it wont broke when heating the lamp, and it runs by a gasoline and a small amount of alcohol. I really have good time of doing this activities, and helps to remembering the past.

The old flat iron used for ironing clothes is very familiar to me because I saw such an iron machine in a relative's house, which used different types of coal for heating. Really great presentation today, thank you very much
