An Officially Hot summer, Traveling In This Hot Sunny Day

For me, I think this is the official beginning of a hot sunny day or should we say, A summer season. We really experienced very hot because of the heat comes from the Sun. Despite of the heat problem, we continued to visit our vacant lot here in Barangay Punta Silum to see of the place. This vacant lot of ours is near at the coastal areas, and it only needs to walk a few meters away. It was lucky for us to do visiting and traveling because of the good weather happens here in our place today. All we need to do is avoid to the place hit directly from the sunlight and we should bring a lot of water.

Because of the intense sunlight, I decided to take a picture of my shadow and I tried to captured it perfectly. The leaves of some wild plants started to dried and withered, some of the grass was also started to dry.

We are lucky that our place is filled with with many different kinds of trees just like Molave, Germilina and Mahogany tree. It keeps our place always cool and refreshing. It is perfect to take a rest under this big trees because of its shady places. This tree has already grown for almost 29 years and we really don't want to cut this trees down, instead we take a plan to plant more of its kinds. Added some coconut trees grows in the place, but it only produce a few coconut fruits the area contains lots of stones.

This is my first time to know that the name Molave is also what we called Tugas. This kind of tree can live a hundred years old and good for any furniture porpuses just like tables, chairs and cabinets. This is also a good house foundation, walls and floors just like in our house. It grows bigger and wider. Dry molave branch is good for firewood and it can produces more charcoals good fro grilling fish and meat.

Not really far from our vacant lot is the coastal areas in Barangay Calangahan. Our lot is served as the boundary point between Lugait and Manticao. We need to take a short walk before we reach the place. The color of the blue sky, reflected to the sea water including the lights of the sun. This massive of wild grass should be really cut and removed to see the entire place at the coastal areas.

As I observed at the place, the sea water was keep decreasing so it means that this will be low tide. The corals and rocks started to shown and appeared at the surface, while some of the people hurriedly went to the shore to search more sea shells, crabs, shrimps and fish. There will be lots of rock pools can be appeared at the shore and expected to have lots of fish, crabs and shrimps hide in the place.

There some wild flowers can be found here in our place and one of this os this mini-star flower. This is very common and it grows everywhere, there are some kinds of colors of this plant like Pink, Yellow, Orange, Red and white. There is also a technicolor and its is very fascinating and attractive to see.

For me, this is really and officially started of the summer because we already seen the predictions and Sign about summer season, just like this big tree and all of its leaves was falled to the ground. When the summer will finish, this tree will produce more leaves again.

There are some fruit trees grows in our vacant lot and some of it are Star Apple or Kaymito, Jackfruits, Manggoe and Papaya. All of this are very valuable and important to us, that is why we don't cut it down. Our place is already experiencing a hot and sunny season, and this is very perfect for doing traveling activities.
