I have in some organization that they never know great importance of training their employees or doing workshop for their staffs. Some organization dont want to make use of their money to front such things because they felt if they do those training and workshop the employee might leave the orgainization at anytime in which they will be at the losing side but we shouldnt look it like that rather we should the effect that will add to the organization. That is why some companies or organization usually want to know the intention of the employees before they are been sent on such a training or course and also they ask them if they go they have to use some certain years in that particular organization or companies before they move out and that if they want to leave.
