Another awesome week on 1UP!

And just a few bits of news before we dive into this week's rankings.

We were talking with @flauwy last week and we are going to be looking at ways to improve this short report each week. We would like to give much more stats on how you guys are engaging with each other, so we will be revisiting exactly how we present the info.

That being said, we would love your feedback on the top 10 list.

Is this something of value that helps your journey here on 1UP?

What kind of stats would you like to see represented here as well?

Generally, we're always looking for your feedback on how we can improve this engagement service and look forward to reading your responses.

Of course, all feedback will be voted as we really do appreciate your time.

So stay tuned, we'll be doing a lot more for this project in the next few weeks and months for sure :)

Let's see how we did this past week....

Top Commenter - @tarazkp

2nd - @uyobong

3rd - @daltono

4th - @libertycrypto27

5th - @chris.topher

6th - @mba2020

7th - @squirrelacus

8th - @readthisplease

9th - @l337m45732

10th - @imfarhad

You guys are absolutely epic!!!

Thank you o much for helping bring engagement to the tribe and we'll be poking around your content and comments all week long to make sure they are rewarded.

I love the idea of posting the top ten for comments. I am not sure if I am always commenting on OneUp or not. But I feel like a comment is a more personnel way to say hey good job on your post. Rather then just dropping a vote. Now I get some people are extremely busy as curators, but I do like the personnel touch of comments. I also love some of the thumbnails people have saying you have been upvoted. Those are sick and eventually I want one.

Thanks so much for the feedback!

Yeah we think it's a much better way to build community than just upvotes for sure :)

It's my first time seeing this weekly report (Flauwy shared it on oneup discord).

It's a great idea! Rewards can influence the engagement but risk getting quantity over quality. Maybe also getting some data from posts could help improving the report, like number of posts per person, word count, most views and votes, etc

For sure, yeah we track a lot of those numbers already so that'll be easy to implement in the reports :)

Thanks for the feedback!

Maybe hitting their posts with the new @oneup-curator account as additional reward.

We don't have any control over that account, but I'm sure Flauwy could hook some votes up for the top commenters! :)

That would another awesome way to reward those who engage the 1UP community.

Would be also nice to list the Articles with the most comments and/or the ones with the most Upvotes. Kind of a „best of new content“ list.

Good idea, thanks for suggesting that!

Hey just dropping by and dropping a recommendation as you were seeking on discord. I think metrics of how they placed would be cool statistics i.e. How many were upvotes, how many posts, how many unique users they targeted, and length of comments/replies as I noticed a lot of people tend to put 1-2 word responses or comments.

I personally have decided to stop going after engagement contests but just find the groups I vibe with the most and connecting with them on a deeper level.
!PIZZA good luck on this initiative

Thanks for the feedback!

We should be able to pull a lot of this data for sure :)

Yeah this was never meant to be a contest as it was more a way for us to be able to reward and highlight people that are engaging on the tribe. So far, it's been well received.

Hoooo! That's incredible 2nd position. I didn't even notice this. Thank you. Is there a way to track the number of comments made here?
