The Unknowing Risks We Take

Every day, when we step out of our various houses to look for what to eat to survive and also provide for the family and personal needs too, there's always a risk that it may be our last day on earth.

Because everything about life is a risk. Our goings and comings are only guided by God because lots of people go out and don't come back alive to their families, and it's something that happens on a daily basis.

My Terrible Experience

It turned out to be a beautiful morning where I would have easily lost my life in the process of going to school while I was still in junior secondary school at a young age.

On that very day, my dad was the one driving us to the school premises to drop us off, and then, in the process of taking us to school, we came across a trailer driver who had lost control.

And the trailer was driving at a very high speed on a Monday morning.
on a road where both young and old people were going out for their daily activities.

Students were going their own way, market people were heading to their work station where they do business, and office workers were also heading to where they would receive their daily bread.

It was a very crazy experience that would have taken so many people's lives that morning because the person on the wheel was driving recklessly and wasn't even thinking about people on the road.

I And My Sister Took The Risk Of Running Out Of A Moving Vehicle.

We eventually thought that was it for us because, in the process that morning,my dad already lost control of the wheels at some point in the process of trying not to hit the trailer.

And then the bonnet of the car pulled up and broke the car's wheelscreen, and immediately after that happened,my sister ran out of the moving vehicle out of fear and was also heading to where I didn't know.

I then followed up with "Who Wan Die 😂🤷😂"(she dey carry me go where I no know 😂), and everybody was busy running around because no one knew where the trailer was eventually going to be landing because the driver was obviously out of control.

And that was how we ran to a nearby shop and stayed there till the whole thing ended, and we eventually couldn't go to school on that particular day because of the whole thing.

And then my dad came and checked if we were fine, and afterwards he took us out with the second car to get us some things to help relieve our tension.

Lessons learnt

I literally thought we were going to die in the process of the whole accident stuff in the beginning because of how serious it was. But thank God for life.

I learned that we can do all things.
Because if anyone ever told me I could do what I did at that point in time, I was going to augure big time.

But I learned that we get to know the real us when the times of trouble come; we get to see ourselves do things we would never have thought we could do.

It's risky to jump out of a moving vehicle, it isn't advisable, all the same, it was for safety though, glad you guys made it out there and you went on a personal public holiday for that day interesting..
