Washout summer! My Actifit Report Card: July 9 2024
I got a soaking today! The sky was grey for most of the morning, but it didn't rain until just after lunch. When the rain arrived I was airside at Gatwick Airport waiting to remove all the catering and bar carts from a Norse Atlantic flight. The rain was torrential! The temperature was comfortable so getting a soaking was not too bad. 😁
It's my job to guide the truck onto the aircraft so I'm outside in the rain for a few minutes.
Once the job was completed we were able to put the heating on in the truck cab and dry ourselves a bit. All in a days work! ☔️
