My Actifit Report Card: July 6 2024

Back to work, back to serious step counts again! It all comes from the amount of walking in my job. Usually in the mid 20k region.

A mixed bag of weather today. One minute sunshine and the next a heavy shower. Temperatures were not that great either, at around 16-18°C. Way below average for July.

Let's hope the long-range range forecast is true, heatwaves coming. We'll see!
