My Actifit Report Card: December 27 2023
This is really just an update on my progress recovering from a nasty chest infection. Might have been covid, although I tested negative rather late after catching this, so not sure.
I'm improving now and feel better but it's that hacking cough! 🤒 . It gives you a headache as well.
We ventured out to our local supermarket by car which is cheating a little , but as I'm not so strong I think I can get away with it!☺️. It only takes about 8 minutes to walk it.
I will be more active tomorrow as I'm out. Then it's back to work from Friday! 🙄. We'll see how that goes!
The new year is drawing closer now, and I spotted the very first sign of spring today out of the window. A small tree has catkins hanging and blowing around in the wind already! Not sure if it is Hazel but that's early. A good sign though and very welcome too.
