Keep an eye out for the rewards in the Mission of another zone to maximize your profit per time.

Example:
Zone 2 Local Gig Circuit - Radio Interview 5 min 15% with Zone 1 Home Town - Illegal Busking 5 min 15%
The maximum starbits reward for those 2 missions is kinda same (different by around 8% for me) but with a different amount of ego (7 for Radio Interview and 10 for Illegal Busking for me). Also, If you start the mission a few times, the ego will start to go up while the maximum starbits reward will start go down. Sometimes it's better to play Illegal Busking rather than Radio Interview if the condition is already so bad because of spam 1 mission.
