Mi opinión sobre la propuesta de DHF de Splinterlands - ¿Es posible que Splinterlands se vaya de Hive? [EN-ES]

Recently the "Splinterlands" team has released a new proposal, but, this is not a conventional proposal within what is the game where we all participate depending on the amount of SPS we have in "Staking" of that token, this proposal is made directly in the "Hive Blockchain" where the game is based and operates, already this is a more technical development issue, however, since the game was created, at least since I am in the community and I have knowledge, "Splinterlands" and its team has been operating with its own funds and this is the first time I see that it asks for this kind of support to the community.
For those who want to observe the proposal, you can click HERE to see in detail all the history that has been living for a few years since the launch of the game, the mistakes that have been made and the work that is being done to address the mistakes and move forward, but, this post is to give my opinion about it and also to know the opinion of the community of "Splinterlands" and my followers.

Some details of the proposal that should be highlighted
As I said, the details of the proposal are in the link I left in the introduction of this post, but, in this specific section what I will do is to detail some important aspects of the proposal before giving my opinion about it, so, without further detours, here are the most important details:
Splinterlands is in an economic problem, which increased because in the old "Bull Run of cryptocurrencies" between 2021 and 2022, with all the success and the launch of SPS, the company sought to expand to create more games, this was an excess, since the efforts to continue developing Splinterlands as such, caused a division of expenses, in the end, it ended up spending more than it should and even this lasted for a full year, which greatly delayed the development and all the problems we have seen.
The basis of this proposal is precisely the economic problem described above, but in addition to that, we must know that "Splinterlands" has its own DAO, however, this money is not properly of the company, I clarify this for those who have this doubt, the money from the DAO is specifically to ensure that the game continues to work for many years, even after all the printing of the SPS, on the other hand, this money can be used to negotiate, hire people for the development of certain specific things, but, for salaries and wages, the game needs direct income, so it is important to highlight this.
Raising capital is vital for the game to keep growing, a game is not a simple thing to manage, there are many technical and development aspects, but, it is obvious that, if you want to grow in many aspects, be it "Market Capitalization" for SPS, DEC and these things, you need more development and for the game to advance and adapt to new trends.
Another important thing is that "Splinterlands" is asking for 500,000 HBD, which might seem like a lot, but I don't really think it is too much, on the other hand, if the proposal is approved, this money will NOT cause selling pressure for the HIVE, as it was clarified that they will exchange that money for the DEC token and from there they can convert them to the token they need when needed.
Note: With all this clear, I will move on to the next section to explain my opinion about the proposal and my position on it, in addition to clarifying several important points about the existing problems that must be taken into account, whether the proposal is approved or not, but, without wasting any more time, let's move on to the next section.
My opinion about the Splinterlands "DHF Proposal".
Splinterlands is one of the oldest #web3 based game projects in existence today, basically it is almost as old as the network on which it is based which is "Hive", since then, Splinterlands has been one of the projects that has brought more users to the network, in addition to providing developments and / or important tools that even those who do not play "Splinterlands" or have no idea what it is use them daily, for example, I refer to Hive Engine, Hive Keychain and Tribaldex.
If it is true that many of the users who play the game, do not have much interaction with "Hive", this is something that can change, many do use it, but others do not, they only use the network to make financial transactions, although, it is the task of ourselves, I mean your community, so that they can interact with "Hive", however, this is not and should not be at any time a mandatory requirement, in fact, there are advantages and disadvantages about this, but this is another topic, but, continuing with the topic and once clarified all these aspects, this is what I think:
My opinion
I think that "Splinterlands" deserves the support in this proposal, this project has given a lot to the network without basically expecting something in return, it is the first time that asks for help to the Hive users and the community in general and for all that it has given, users, developments and many other things, it deserves it, on the other hand, I do think that the proposal has some inconsistencies and deficiencies, I do think that the proposal has some inconsistencies and deficiencies, since, it should be a general rule to have a clear and simple breakdown with an outline of what the funds will be used for, thus, the proposal says that it will be used for "Marketing", but, not to what kind of "Marketing" and what will be the plan to follow.
So, in several of the comments of the proposal, I agree with this, but, there are many other projects that have proposals in the DHF, I will not say names to avoid comments that are not relevant, but, they do not deliver a detailed report of the expenses, and they have spent more than 2 million dollars without really showing results, but what they do cause is an impressive sales pressure for the HIVE, So, before judging "Splinterlands", it should be judged and evaluated if these projects without results, deserve to be supported, compared to "Splinterlands" that has given proven results for the network.
Splinterlands to leave the Hive blockchain?
I do not think this will actually happen, however, it is a possibility that the game could see other horizons if it does not receive the support and does not get a way out of the economic problem it faces, I think it would be good to see the game in other chains, this would open more possibilities and user base for the game and thus a greater market capitalization for the economy in general, but, maybe this can happen without actually leaving the Hive network, but I do not really have the technical knowledge that this would mean.
Conclusion
In any case, what do you think of the proposal? Please vote to know what the community thinks and if you should receive support, in my opinion it is a resounding YES, all projects make mistakes, the important thing is to recognize them and work to correct them, nothing on the web3 is perfect, despite having the impression of being so, we are human and it is great to recognize the mistakes and act to amend them. Recientemente el equipo de “Splinterlands” ha sacado una nueva propuesta, pero, esta no es una propuesta convencional dentro de lo que es el juego en donde todos participamos dependiendo de la cantidad de SPS que tengamos en “Staking” de dicho token, esta propuesta esta hecha directamente en la “Blockchain de Hive” en donde se basa el juego y opera, ya esto es un tema más técnico de desarrollo, sin embargo, desde que se creo el juego, al menos desde que estoy en la comunidad y tengo conocimiento, “Splinterlands” y su equipo ha venido operando con sus propios fondos y esta es la primera vez que veo que pide este tipo de apoyo a la comunidad.
Para los que quieran observar la propuesta, pueden hacer click AQUÍ para ver en detalle toda la historia que se ha venido viviendo desde hace unos años atrás desde lanzamiento del juego, los errores que se han cometido y el trabajo que se esta haciendo para afrontar los errores y salir adelante, pero, este post es para dar mi opinión al respecto y también conocer la opinión de la comunidad de “Splinterlands” y mis seguidores.

Algunos detalles de la propuesta que se deben resaltar
Como dije, los detalles de la propuesta están en el enlace que dejé en la introducción de este post, pero, en esta especifica sección lo que hare será detallar algunos aspectos importantes de la propuesta antes de dar mi opinión al respecto sobre la misma, así que, sin más rodeos, a continuación, los detalles más importantes:
Splinterlands se encuentra en un problema económico, los cuales se acrecentaron debido a que en el antiguo “Bull Run de las criptomonedas” entre el 2021 y 2022, con todo el éxito y el lanzamiento de SPS, la empresa busco expandirse para crear mas juegos, esto fue un exceso, ya que los esfuerzos para seguir desarrollando Splinterlands como tal, causo un división de gastos, al final, se termino gastando mas de lo debido e inclusive esto duro por un año completo, lo que retraso en gran parte el desarrollo y todos los problemas que hemos visto.
La base de esta propuesta es precisamente el problema económico descrito anteriormente, pero adicional a eso, hay que saber que “Splinterlands” posee su propio DAO, sin embargo, este dinero no es propiamente de la empresa, esto lo aclaro para aquellos que tengan esta duda, el dinero de la DAO es específicamente para asegurar que el juego siga funcionando por muchísimos años más, inclusive después de toda la impresión del SPS, por otro lado, este dinero puede servir para negociar, contratar personas para el desarrollo de ciertas cosas puntuales, pero, para sueldos y salarios, el juego necita ingresos directos, así que es importante resaltar esto.
La recaudación de capital es vital para que el juego siga creciendo, un juego no es algo sencillo de manejar, son muchos aspectos técnicos y de desarrollo, pero, es obvio que, si se quiere crecer en muchos aspectos, sea de “Capitalización de mercado” para el SPS, el DEC y estas cosas, se necesita mas desarrollo y que el juego avance y se adecue a las nuevas tendencias.
Otra cosa importante es que “Splinterlands” esta pidiendo 500.000 HBD, lo que podría parecer mucho, pero no pienso en realidad que sea demasiado, por otro lado, de ser aprobada la propuesta, este dinero NO causara presión de venta para el HIVE, ya que se aclaro que cambiaran ese dinero para el token DEC y de allí podrán convertirlos al token que necesiten cuando sea necesario.
Nota: Con todo esto claro, pasare a la siguiente sección para explicar mi opinión acerca de la propuesta y mi postura sobre la misma, además de aclarar varios puntos importantes sobre los problemas existentes y que se deben de tomar en cuenta, sea que se apruebe la propuesta o no, pero, sin perder mas tiempo, vamos a la siguiente sección.
Mi opinión acerca de la “Propuesta del DHF” de Splinterlands
Splinterlands es uno de los proyectos sobre juegos basados en #web3 mas antiguos existentes en la actualidad, básicamente tiene casi la misma edad que tiene la red en donde se basa que es “Hive”, desde ese entonces, Splinterlands ha sido uno de los proyectos que más usuarios ha traído a la cadena, además de aportar desarrollos y/o herramientas importantes que incluso los que no juegan “Splinterlands” o no tienen ni idea de lo que es las utilizan a diario, por ejemplo, me refiero a Hive Engine, Hive Keychain y Tribaldex.
Si es verdad que muchos de los usuarios que juegan el juego, no tienen mucha interacción con “Hive”, esto es algo que puede cambiar, muchos si la utilizan, pero otros no, solo usan la red para hacer transacciones financieras, aunque, es tarea de nosotros mismos, me refiero a su comunidad, para que puedan interactuar con “Hive”, sin embargo, esto no es ni debería ser en ningún momento un requisito obligatorio, de hecho, hay ventajas y desventajas sobre esto, pero ya esto es otro tema, pero, siguiendo con el tema y una vez aclarado todos estos aspectos, esto es lo que pienso:
Mi opinión
Pienso que “Splinterlands” merece el apoyo en esta propuesta, este proyecto a dado mucho a la red sin básicamente esperar algo a cambio, es la primera vez que pide ayuda a los usuarios de Hive y a la comunidad en general y por todo lo que ha brindado, usuarios, desarrollos y muchas otras cosas, se lo merece, por otro lado, si pienso que la propuesta tiene algunos incongruencias y deficiencias, ya que, debería ser una norma general tener un desglose claro y sencillo con un esquema de para que serán utilizados los fondos, de este modo, en la propuesta se dice que se usara para el “Marketing”, pero, no a que tipo de “Marketing” y cual será el plan a seguir.
Así que, en varios de los comentarios de la propuesta, estoy de acuerdo con esto, pero, hay muchos otros proyectos que tienen propuestas en el DHF, no diré nombres para evitar comentarios que no vienen al caso, pero, no entregan tampoco un informe detallado de los gastos, y han gastado más de 2 millones de dólares sin mostrar realmente resultados, mas lo que si causan es una presión de venta impresionante para el HIVE, ya que en vez e hacer un swap por otro token, lo que hacen es directamente venderlo por HIVE para luego este ser vendido inmediatamente, así que, antes de juzgar a ”Splinterlands”, se debería de juzgar y evaluar si esos proyectos sin resultados, merecen ser apoyados, a comparación de “Splinterlands” que si ha dado resultados probados para la red.
¿Splinterlands dejara la cadena de bloques de Hive?
No creo que esto suceda realmente, sin embargo, es una posibilidad de que el juego pueda ver otros horizontes si es que no recibe el apoyo y no consigue una salida para el problema económico que enfrenta, yo creo que seria bueno ver al juego en otras cadenas, esto abriría más las posibilidades y la base de usuarios para el juego y por ende una mayor capitalización de mercado para el economía en general, pero, puede que esto pueda suceder sin realmente salir de la red de Hive, pero no tengo realmente los conocimientos técnicos que significaría esto.
Conclusión
En todo caso ¿Que piensan de la propuesta? Por favor voten para saber que piensa la comunidad y si deberían de recibir el apoyo, en mi opinión es un rotundo SI, todos los proyectos comenten errores, lo importante es reconocerlos y trabajar para corregirlos, nada en la web3 es perfecto, a pesar de tener la impresión de serlo, somos humanos y es de grandes reconocer los errores y accionar para enmendarlos. Con esto, espero ver sus votaciones.
