The Government will be doing the Gen z a favour by banning Alcohol
The three things that destroy a man are:
Alcohol
Smoking and doing drugs
Womanizing
It is only like 5 percent of the male population that does not engage in any of the 3, the other percentage it is either they do 1 out of the three, or 2/3 while some even do the whole 3.

It is easy for someone who is smoking to do drugs and also take alcohol but some people who take alcohol do not smoke because of health reasons and some don't like the odor and smoke. I don't smoke because I dislike anything smoke cos I am allergic to it so there is no way I would ever smoke, I drink once in a blue moon so I can't say I drink too since it is only on rare occasions As for womanizing, some guys don't drink or smoke but they are number 1 when it comes to flirting and womanizing but that is not me either.
Alcohol and womanizing are related, it is easy for someone who drinks to womanizer because alcohol gives people the confidence they need to express their dirty minds, it takes away their self-control and makes them do the unthinkable...
The effect of Alcohol on our youth is bad, you will see youth doing well in their academics and going on the right path getting influenced into drinking and before you know it, they stop taking their studies seriously and start becoming a nuisance in the society harassing young girls and adults on the street.
In my former area, it was so bad! you will see boys not up to 20 years of age in a group drinking, they turned it into a habit that they now have a spot where they stay, you will see them in large numbers and people passing that spot would feel uncomfortable especially young girls because they always harass them not until the police started raiding that area.

Alcohol has ruined many homes, making married men engage in extramarital affairs that end up destroying their homes or giving them a second wife they never intend to have... A lot of our ladies have been sexually abused and some were caused by the perpetrator under the influence of alcohol.
Some people can't do anything without taking alcohol, they believe it gives them the confidence and strength they need to face the world but the effect only lasts for a short time which makes them consume more than their body can take and end up destroying some vital organs in their body.
We wonder why our forefathers last long to the age above +100 before they died and people don't last that long anymore, it is because of the things the Gen Z world consumes, Alcohol is harmful to health, and banning it is doing our generation a favor.

I totally agree with your opinion, alcohol should be banned at least most guys and fathers will become responsible and even some ladies as well.

People would always find a means to do nasty things that's why even if alcohol is banned, it will make no difference in Nigeria. Isn't drug banned? Yet, many youth lose their lives just because of their addiction.
I believe everyone just have to apply self control when it comes to alcohol because thats the only way to prevent the dramas we see out there everyday.
There will be a difference, drug was banned and you can't see people doing drugs on the road except for local areas, I mean ghetto, If the drug was not banned, it would be worst.. banning something does not mean everyone will stop it but it will reduce the users
This is a fact, we see there are many people on the street who have become addicted to drugs and their families have thrown them out of the house because an addict can do anything. Then he can't even stay inside the family, so it's better to save people's lives by banning such things.

Well I don’t know if it’s because I don’t drink but I’ll never understand the thrill of behind drinking so much. At times the one that seems to shock me is that one they take and hit their chest due to the pain of the alcohol.
Like, why will you even suffer to take someone only to feel pain?
Yes, I know all this can be a causing factor to ban alcohol but for me I don’t think it should be banned. Just like the abuse of drugs people know what they are doing when they are drinking so much.

Boss, you have said it all, banning alcohol is like doing our generation a big favor, it's so sad our young people are so tight to these things that they feel having a nice time is not complete if alcohol or drugs are not involved.
