The advantage and Benefits of Homemade food
Two days ago, my neighbor went to a nearby eatery to buy Amala, when she got back she told me I needed to see how the place was crowded, it seems that is where most people in our area do eat... I was like why is she complaining since she is among those people buying food there, the only difference is that she does not eat it there, she prefers taking it home.

The reason why I don't like eating cooked food outside is because of the stories I have heard from others, there was a particular one about a popular food seller in Mushin who used to sell Waakye[rice] and she has a lot of workers who worked for her because she used to have a lot of customers until one day a prophet was walking past her shop and spirit told him that those workers were not human, after praying fervently. they turned into monsters and disappeared and the woman was stoned to death.
Another story I heard was a woman who always cook the food she sells with the water she used to bathe, I even read one in a newspaper about a man killing and selling vulture's meat as Suya. Just Imagine how the life of those who have bought suya from this man will be because a vulture is a bird that must not be eaten and here is someone killing and feeding others the meat unknowingly to them.

All this made me stop eating out, I prefer cooking my meals to save myself from the cruelty of this world.
Homemade meals are the best and safest to eat, you are the one who cooks it and there is no way you would use something bad to cook your meal since you would be the one to eat it, unlike the food you buy outside that they don't care since they might not even eat out of it.
Aside from the dangers associated with eating out, it also costs more to eat out if you are a family man, imagine a family of 4 going out to eat in an eatery or restaurant all the time, it is going to cost them a fortune, they can minimize that by cooking at home.
This post is to inspire others to start cooking their meals rather than going out to spend fortunes on food you don't know how they prepare or what they used to prepare.

This is a very good advice.
Omoooo, this is very scary I must say. The extra mile people go for money. With all I have just read I don't think I can make eating outside a habit no matter how delicious I found a foodvto be. The quantity of food sold these days is another discouragement sef.
I can be very economical and the last I can do is wasting huge sum that can prepare a little meal in buying two or three plates of food in one round. Thanks so much for this post, it's an encouragement.
Yea prices of good also made outside food costly but my main reason is because of those stories I heard.

Similar thing happened here in the north, a woman that sells pepper soup was caught using water they used to clean dead bodies to prepare her pepper soup so as to attract customers.
Indeed the heart of men are desperately wicked. All these they do is for temporary pleasure putting innocent lives in danger.

Sure! So many people patronized her and she was severely punished when caught. They almost carried out jungle justice on her but the police intervened on time.
Cooking at home, helps you save alot of money just like you said. I particularly hate to eat outside coz I've heard so many funny stories too, but sometimes we don't have a choice but to eat out.

I've heard a number of stories, too, like the one you described, but I always dismissed them. I don't eat roadside food, but you might ask what difference that makes with my favorite eateries.
Thing is, I can't vouch for the hygiene of these roadside food bmvendors and omo, I can overthink sometimes. So, I'll rather not buy.
Home cooking has always been better, especially because you'd only buy quality food items and can properly care flr the food. And it definitely costs far less.
May God keep protecting us. I used to have a favorite eatery too back in my former area that sells delicious jollof and chicken but since I moved away from there, I stick to homemade food only
But why do people bring up stupid acts? Why will you cook with your bathing water? Why? It’s really unfair. I don’t trust outside food too especially from people I don’t know
it is a fetish... they are using it to collect people's glory so their business can keep booming.

It is a fact that homemade food is very good for our health because we know that we have used quality ingredients in it which will not harm our health. That is why we should all eat home cooked meals.
