Something happened to me yesterday, so I did not make a post because I was in pain.
Someone mistakenly put a finger in my eyes and it led to a tiny scratch in my cornea and hence a severe pain I could not handle.
At first, I felt like there was something on my eyes because of the scratch and secondly was my being sensitive to light, I feel so much pain when I wanted to go and get myself an eye drop in a chemist and had to close the one eye as the water was coming out of it.
I was so scared because my eyes are one part of the body I don't want to lose, I can't imagine going around with one eye and it would even affect my online activities, throughout yesterday I didn't switch off my laptop and I could not work on it because I can't bear to look at the screen, so I kept sleeping for few hours and hope the pain would have reduce but up to no avail, working with laptop was out of it.

When I woke up today, I felt no pain and I was happy for 1 minute because the pain and watery eyes came back just within a minute and I had to do my research online to be sure I am not losing my eyes lol.
That was how I got to know that cooling the eyes with a cold cloth can do magic, I took a block from the freezer and wrapped my handkerchief around it and I used it to touch my eyes and I felt relieved for some minutes again but that didn't heal it completely.
I could not bear not working today as well so I had to operate my system with one eye with the affected eye closed and am glad I could use the second eye a bit now, though not fully functional yet but I believe by tomorrow morning, I will be back to my old self!
God is great!, some people didn't suffer that many scratches and they lose their sight in the process, here am I able to use my eyes again, and for that reason, I will send the first 2 people to comment on my post 1 hive each if they add the word burl to their comment to be sure they saw the giveaway.

What bro, into your eye😳 that's tough man. Eye pain is no joke. I'm glad you found relief. It's good how simple solutions like a cold cloth can make a big difference. Take care of yourself bro and indeed you're so right, nothing matters without good health
it was so painful man,I am just glad it has relieved me now but still healing, it will take 3 to 4days to heal completely

It might take about a week for you to stop being sensitive to light.. Happened to me once. The pain gets better
I see, I had to reduce my laptop screen light to the lowest but still can't use that eye to look at the screen for 10 seconds, so am only working with one eye at the moment, can't wait for the week to be over..
