I have not been healthy for some time, it is not that I am physically unhealthy, it is just that due to my eating habits, I do not feel good and whenever I eat outside food. I feel a lot of pain, I feel so, yes my I am still on medication but still sometimes I feel a little strange, but knowing that , everything is causing harm to me. I am not able to control the day and maybe I will try to leave this thing this year and in the new year. Along with this, I will adopt some good habits like eating healthy food completely avoiding outside food and reading books and exercising will be the most important among these.

Maybe last year also I made a lot of promises but I have failed to keep them and I am a little regretful about it because one year is a long time. If I had followed it properly then maybe I would have seen the difference today. And this is also necessary. 1 year is a very long time. Yes, it is not that I have not taught anything, not everything has gone well, a lot of good things have happened to me, I have achieved a lot and gradually I am going to learn something new and I feel very good seeing this but I also feel bad that I am not able to control some of my habits and I know that it is harmful for me, yet I am not able to do so. I want to bring some discipline to life because nothing happens with motivation. Motivation only takes time to help us do that work. Makes you capable but if you have discipline in your life then anything is possible. Gradually I will try to reduce my online time also. It will make a lot of difference not only in my health but in many other things too. Changing a habit is not an easy thing and it takes time. In your case taking food from outside is the problem and not healthy for you. You already know it but still not able to resist yourself. In that case, I think you can make a schedule for it like outside food once in a week. After that, you can go once each two weeks and like that, you can get rid of it. Slow and steady system.
