When a Tuesday acts like a Monday!
Even though today was Tuesday, it was busy like a Monday.
Yesterday was Labor day and my medical office was closed. Today we made up for it.
I did do my lunchtime laps today, all alone. No one joined me.
I did manage to get my activity count goal for the day.
The Actifit app has really helped me focus more on my activity and is helping me be aware of how much I need more activity. I highly recommend using the free app and earning on your activity. I've been having the same issue the past couple of days lol
I usually do a certain post on different days of the week, so my posting is a little off schedule this week too... We're gonna make it though!
