Today is Monday and as usual, my medical office was really busy. I saw a good number of patients.

I did my lunchtime laps around the office perimeter Including the two additional laps that I added on Friday.

After work, the kids came over for dinner and stayed for a bit.

Then it was back to the computer for the evening.

It was a good activity day.

I saw that you don't earn any AFIT lower than 5K activity per day. Keep up the fitness activity John!

Nope. The earning window is 5K to 10K.
