The simple answer is Yes but we have to understand all the aspects to clearly understand how it is essential to stay up to date with the trend as AI is moving very fast. Almost all companies have started exploring AI and what they can do with AI for their company. If they don't do it, they become outdated in the industry. That's one of the primary reasons people worry about losing their jobs because of AI. To some extent this threat is true and many people who are doing repetitive tasks or too much of a manual task can have some problem. There are advanced tools available these days making life simple for the companies. The company would think about using tools instead of people to get an error-free seamless experience.

Automation area inside the corporate job

There are many research works going on inside many companies to find out where and all automation can be done. If more automation is done, people who are doing manual repetitive work might have to upskill to do something else. Most of these repetitive tasks are given to AI to do it error-free.

Automation is a very common thing inside a corporate company. Even before we had AI, there was many automation done inside the company which in turn contributed to layoffs. Unlike other industries, the IT industry is purely technology-based and it is very important to understand the current trend and stay up to date with the trend. If the world keeps moving faster and if we don't upskill we might end up losing our job. AI is making this process even faster.

Support desk and customer service

This is the very first place where AI can do wonders. In companies where there is a huge dependency on customer support, they have to work with AI and make use of the excellent features that AI can provide. Some data models can be trained and tuned to provide appropriate support based on the needs of the client and things can be done in such a way that the customers won't really know that they are chatting with a bot. With modern tools, there is a high possibility to make customer support realistic.

Even if we disclose to customers that they are chatting with the AI bot, there is nothing wrong because we know how useful Chat GPT is for individuals to get answers to their questions. With the help of the AI at the support desk, the customers can ask some specific questions and get their answers straight away. One example between the Chat GPT bot and the customized AI is that we can train models and make sure the customer service AI addresses only specific problems.

Adapting to changes

There will be a lot of changes in any corporate company because of these AI and machine learning elements. Companies will start supporting this and might as well start adopting this. If we want to survive in the industry we have to keep adapting to the changes happening around us concerning technology. When mobile phones came into existence, people found it not very easy to start using it. Especially a little elderly people did not find it very easy. Today they are the ones who have more addiction to mobile phones compared to the other people.

If we have to keep our jobs in the corporate world we have to be ready to accept changes happening in the organization and try to get along with that. In anyways if we show some restriction towards that, no wonder that the company would try to send us home.

I think a lot of people now know that they are chatting with bots when they want to ask the customer care service for something . It’s really good but AI can’t solve all the problem
That’s why human intervention is needed at times
