HOW TO PREPARE MILK FROM TIGER-NUT/DATES. #CREATIVE SUNDAY

Hello friends and Christmas wishes to everyone.
This is actually my first time participating in creative Sunday, because most Sundays are usually very busy for me. So, even when I try to participate, I will discover that I can't because of schedules. But today is special and I feel like I have to participate, but trust me, I am doing something very special for us.

Because this Sunday happens to be Christmas, I decided to do a special drink for my family and I am going to be taking us step by step the process of doing it.

I have tasted different drinks but no one has gotten my attention like this particular one. This is a mixture of: dates, tiger- nut and coconut to produce milk.

The reason why I love this drink so much is because is more of natural. I don't really enjoy taking cabornated drinks because of it's side effects. We have lots of sicknesses this day because of the type of food and drinks that we consume. So making something natural for my family I thought it will do us a lot of good. Maybe you should join me so that we can reduce the amount of diseases and sicknesses that we battle with everyday in our generation.

THINGS NEEDED TO MAKE THIS SPECIAL MILK:

  1. Tiger-nut

  1. Dates.

  1. Coconut.

  1. Ginger to spice it.

  1. Sugar to add the taste. ( Optional)
  1. Other spices to add to the flavor. (Optional)

QUANTITY:
👉 16 cups of tiger-nut.
👉 4 cups of dates.
👉 2 cups of sugar
👉 1/2 cup of ginger
👉 One coconut.

HOW TO MAKE THIS SPECIAL MILK.

Wash the tiger-nut very well to remove dirt's, then soak it in water for 24 hours.

Wash the dates very well and also soak in a different bowl for 24 hours.

Wash to ginger very well and soak it together with the dates.

PREPARATION PROCESS:
After 24 hours, cut each dates into two to remove the seed and throw that away.

Then join everything together for blending>

Next, you will sieve it very well to separate the chaff from the 🥛 milk.

TIME TO ADD SUGAR AND FLAVOUR
add a spoon of milk flavor, though this one is optional.


If you also wish, you can add one or two cups of sugar. For me I don't like adding sugar because is already sweet.

Finally, you must make sure to have ice block already kept waiting or you have enough power supply to cool it immediately. This milk can't endure heat at all. If you don't have ice block or power supply, please don't bother trying to make it because it will get spoiled one hour after preparations.

Ahhhh this is so cool but I got a bit worried when you said it will go bad after an hour of making it if there is no ice block 🥲

Anyways, the process seem stressful but I'm willing to try it out because I've heard of its health benefits a lot.

Thanks dear. When you are making little, you will divide the items to suit what you want. For example:
8 cups of tiger-nut= 2 cups of dates. And so on. Hope you understand?

I really like this tigernut drink but have not had the time to search how to actually make it myself, now you have brought the easy step by step tutorial here, thank you sis.
