I keep this phrase: "Every moment is worthy of celebration for them, because they begin to achieve dreams and aspirations of a long time...".
I believe that everything comes at the right time, but it is true that not everyone has the same pace to achieve things. In spite of working hard, opportunities do not come. I believe that in addition to the professional title there are other factors that influence and many authors have tried to explain this issue. According to Daniel Goleman, emotional intelligence is required and he defines it as:
""the ability to motivate ourselves, to persevere despite frustrations, to control impulses, to regulate our own moods and to empathize and trust others"."
Not all people are the same, managing emotions is not an easy task, but it can be achieved and there are many examples of this.
As for age, today's society emphasizes youth as the optimal age to develop potential and achieve success. However, I do not believe that this is the case.
