Welcome to a new Liotes Mission. We were talking about superpowers last week, today we go into a similar direction but with a nuance ;-):
If you had to give a 5 minute presentation on any topic, what would it be about ? It can be something related to hive, to your life, to your job,...
Please leave your answer as a comment below this post.

My presentation would be about why having no losses on your record is less important in the post Floyd Mayweather era.
Fighters can still make a career for themselves and keep fans interested with a loss by chances im the ring and fighting other top fighters in their division. I think a part of why showtime and espn dropped boxing is because guys were ducking each other and playing it too safe in the ring.
Pay per view is over now, if these guys want to continue to get paid and grow the sport, they’ve got to give the fans more of what we want to see.

Thanks for another thought provoking mission. After much deliberation, I decided on Fibonacci Numbers And The Wonder Of The Golden Ratio.

This is an interesting topic for the week.
The first thing that came to my mind would be the LilGuy (my dog). I can easily put up a presentation and talk about him, even longer than 5 minutes, lol!
How to play the Miles game. I make about 2 trips to the USA or Europe every year on business class purely using my miles. :)
How gravity acts on high-pressure fluids.
I will pick a light topic such as making a simple breakfast !BBH !ALIVE
A couple of topics come to mind - moving house prominent right now, or the joys of running a bed & breakfast, ummmm....I would go with the latter!
I would suggest that if you have a chance, to explore and travel. Expose yourself to people and places that are not like where you are from. This will open and expand your mind.
Hmm maybe it would be about personal finance and investing related!
5 minutes?
Increase your security awareness in 5 minutes.
Do you still turn on your computer 24/7 without a lock or a password? Walk away without locking it? Never do it. Someone enters your room and then deletes your account as a prank. Then, you'll find a million bucks is gone with a single click.
A stranger asks for your full address, full name, and phone number for a giveaway or something. When you're not aware, maybe they already have your card number, exp, and CVV/CCV.
Always provide less (not full) information on social media, especially when sharing a photo of your location, your full name, and phone number.
Reject offers to get some bucks with your retina, face, and fingerprint. Your biological data is worthless, like your life.
Thank you and have a nice day~
Live life! Especially while you are young. Take advantage to travel and see the world because life is short. Additionally, start investing a piece of every paycheck in your youth. Before you pay any bills, pay yourself. In the end if you follow this advice you will have money to retire and no regrets!
A week ago, I had my 9th Hive birthday. So, the topic should be definitely about Hive and my activities here. Which means that Liotes can't miss :)
Probably about investments and stock market strategies.
Next month I'm giving a 30 minute presentation to a "Shakespeare and Modern Writers" conference in Hiroshima about one of Shakespeare's narrative poems. The title of my presentation is "'Thy wretched wife mistook'": Shakespeare's Brutus and the Bloody Suicide of Lucrece," so my five minute presentation will be a presentation about what my 30 minute presentation is about. 😆
I've been a bit over the moon lately, so I'd like to talk about the moon.
I think I would make a presentation on the importance of creativity in our daily lives.
I would talk about how we can apply it at work, in problem solving and even in our personal relationships to find innovative solutions and improve our quality of life.

Passion Driven Profession would be something I would choose.
I think I would feel comfortable talking about Hive, but five minutes isn't even enough time to cover the basics about Hive. I've already invited a few people to Hive, and it took me a few days to help them understand the basics of how to create an account and post. Not to mention that I would still have to explain a lot about blockchain. But if I could talk about Hive in five minutes, I love Hive!
Many topics! hahaha it can be about what I work for example, dealing with genomic data and bioinformatics, or about Hive, such as basics, opportunities and how to manage your account and posting.
For now maybe I would talk aboout farming. hahaha
I would like a presentation on the python programming language
That's a very interesting mission, thank you!
I think I would choose to talk about the importance of "working to live" instead of (as many people do) "living to work." I think so-called "grind culture" is part of what is destroying society... we forget to take time to simply enjoy being alive.
=^..^=
I would probabily talk about blockchain games, which I really enjoy playing :)
Inleo and the LEO token. Very simple. They have got it figured out and it's only a matter of time before this thing really takes off. They ended inflation and have created real-life revenue streams that do nothing but buy the LEO token off the market and lock it up forever. It's genius and it's going to work. It won't happen overnight, but it will have consistent, sustained buying with the token slowly moving from weak hands to strong. $1 by years end and $3 sometime next year.
It would probably be about games for me. The options would be something on Hive (Splinterlands, Rising Star, etc.) or Trials (Kiseki) series which is my favorite RPG series.
Yuhh hard to say maybe I decide to tell about radioamateuring or about analog electronics components or some other tech related topics.
