Have you ever been to

Have you ever been to a mineral water pool?

Or do you think that the Romans did not "understand things in life" with their famous Roman baths scattered everywhere? 😉 (of course where there are mineral water springs)
I have been to such pools several times in my life, but now for the first time I had the physical need to visit one of them. Due to health/physical trauma reasons.
But I never imagined that along with physical healing, this mineral water pool would have a beneficial effect on many other levels and on my psyche.
That is why today I invite you to come with me on a visit to this place, where I hope you will feel the same as I did then.

This mineral water swimming complex in the village called Mineralni Bani/Mineral Water Baths (and how else 😄), bears the pompous name Daisy Palace. There is a hotel and a pool complex here, but in fact, I'm not sure the hotel works. Anyway, not the hotel, but the pools are the topic and reason of this post.

At the entrance of the pool you will be greeted politely and you will pay BGN 11 (for children the ticket is cheaper) And so - for about 5.50 euros you will have a deck chair and umbrella:

Soul's Detour is a project started by me years ago when I had a blog about historical and not so popular tourist destinations in Eastern Belgium, West Germany and Luxembourg. Nowadays, this blog no longer exists, but I'm still here - passionate about architecture, art and mysteries and eager to share my discoveries and point of view with you.
