Most of the beginner will think about this topic that what is proposals , I was also not aware about the proposals but on research this topic I was excited that how Splinterland is doing that. Splinterland is a Community which have the power to use it in the game The Community of Splinterland is Called DAO . DAO is not just an organization or a person , company but it is the decentralized Community of Splinterland which have the power to Accept a proposal or Reject it with the power of Vote. If you are have large amount of SPS token holder then you are also the part of DAO . In Simple word A proposal is a suggestion to change something in the splinterlands game or ecosystem, Players with staked SPS can vote for or against these Proposal , Each Staked Sps token will be worth of one vote , So the more SPS tokens a players has staked the more they will be able to influence the results of votes.

As you take the example of active proposals which has been active a few days ago, The Proposals is about the Recovery fund committee which aim to find those projects and games which have the potential to uplift again but they need some investment. If the proposals were passed and as for the stats the Proposals have only 12% people Against Which will be passed soon. Here if the proposals passed the committee which want to research about that project or #web3 games which have the potential but need funding to start Again and research about that why these project were failed. The DAO will funds those project and in return something for splinterland. Go and use Your Vote for the proposals. I also Support this proposals because it will bring some great thing for Splinterland, And hopefully it will make the SPS Price to the moon.

If you have a question in your mind that Can I change the proposals then the answer will shocked you. Of course your vote can Change the whole proposals and Shift from one side to another. Your stake sps is your vote power, If you have 1000 SPS then your vote power is 1000, Each sps is considered as a one vote for the proposals. Sometime the proposals needs small votes to Passed they why I am saying that it is very important to Vote power of your staked SPS.
