Nice post it's really worth it, to see if you can optimize your flow of resources, just putting all highest PP on SPS is not it, as you have discovered 👍.

Second, I still do not understand Aura at all. There is a chance that I would be better off switching my SPS production to Aura. I would get the same 100% boost for Aura production that I am currently getting for SPS production. I have the required research to build and Aura Lab. I also have 1800 vouchers which are needed for production.

As usual and always it depends...
First the aura will consume the same amount of resource as SPS.

Then you need to think on what will you do with the aura.

Current aura values:

So e.g. Midnight potions will take 40 aura so 0.567x40 (on the non-card market)

Note: that it has a negative dec/hr this value is based on Midnight Potion. if you need the aura for wagon kits it might still be worth making a aura lab..
but for midnight potions you are better of selling the SPS and buy the potions.
