Interessant! Mit Skyr pur konnte ich mich noch nicht anfreunden. Auf einer Pizza stelle ich es mir etwas vor wie Flammkuchen. Auf jeden Fall einen Versuch wert :)

Ich stimme dir zu, den Skyr Pur nur zu essen ist auch nicht mein Ding, aber als Shake-Pizza ist er wirklich toll. Wirklich einen Versuch wert, wenn man sich kohlenhydratarm ernähren will.
