A minimalist lifestyle comes with a certain level of security where nothing or nobody can pressure you to do too much or what you don’t want for any form of validation. And I was happy I had gotten to that level where I didn’t have to do too much and also didn’t care what people thought.

Minimalism had made me very considerate and as I sat there talking to my friend, I was very mindful of the words that came out of my mouth.

Although my simplicity was very silent, it spoke loud volumes which made my friend feel judged so my words had to instill calmness.
