My parents literally both worked themselves to death, earning enough to almost make ends meet, and almost live from paycheck to paycheck… they didn’t know, how could they teach me.
Yeah... Same here... I'm not surprised that I was always in a shitty mood and demotivated to finish school and start working... lol... When my parent, my role models, were struggling day by day...

Exactly that! Why struggle through school and all that just to continuing the struggle after that. “Is that all there is” was a question that quite often came to my mind in those days…
