Tarte au chou rouge
Salut à tous,
pour changer de la quiche, une tarte au chou rouge.
Il faut du chou, des lardons, 1/2 litre d'appareil à quiche et de la pâte brisée.
Le chou est émincé et cuit à la poêle, il faut ensuite le laisser refroidir, idem pour les lardons qui sont revenus à la pôele.
Une fois refroidi garnir la tarte et verser l'appareil à quiche par dessus.
Faire cuire dans un four bien chaud pendant trente minutes.
