Aubergines rôties à la Grecque
Salut à tous,
une recette toute simple d'aubergines cuites au four avec des tranches de tomates, de la feta et des olives.
Couper les aubergines en tranches un peu épaisses et poser dessus des tranches de tomates.
Saupoudrer d'herbes de Provence et arroser d'un filet d'huile d'olive.
Faire cuire au four une vingtaine de minutes.
Sortir du four et poser des tranches de feta. Saupoudrer d'origan et cuire à nouveau au four 15 minutes.
Au sortir du four, rajouter les olives noires.
