It is a wonderful feeling to spend some time at the railway station in the soft light of the afternoon to escape the monotony of daily life. Leaving the busyness of the city, standing on the platform waiting for the train or watching the red-green train moving from a distance hides a strange tranquility. This afternoon's atmosphere was surrounded by such softness. The clouds in the sky and the light breeze made the afternoon even more charming.

As soon as we reached the station, the sound of the train whistle came from afar. Within a short time, a beautiful green and red intercity train of Bangladesh Railway stopped at the platform. There is a different beauty in the touch of red and green on the body of the coach and the faces of the people peeking through the train windows. Behind each window, a new story and a dream of a long journey are hidden.
When the train was standing still on the platform, the scene of passengers getting on and off was visible. Some have come to bid farewell to their relatives, while others have come from far away and are getting off at their familiar places to catch their breath. The bored gaze of the passengers standing at the train door or the people sitting by the window looked quite beautiful in the afternoon light. This busy crowd, combined with the silent atmosphere of the platform, paints a vivid picture.

Sitting in the open air of the station and watching the train coaches passing by over a long distance, my heart was filled with an unknown joy. The green grass and the metal sheets passing between the railway tracks seemed to bring a message of a distant border. When the last part of the red coach of the train stood still, it seemed as if the speed of time had stopped for a moment.
Spending some time on the platform of the railway station on such a quiet and pleasant afternoon is a truly refreshing experience. Such an opportunity to forget the fatigue of daily life and surrender to the breeze of nature does not come again and again. The memories of this afternoon and the pleasant pictures of the train will linger in my mind for a long time.
