Light I carry in my hands, so bright,
ܥܠ ܐܝܠܐ ܒܝܬ ܠܚܡ
(‘Al ayla Bet Laham)
To the house of bread, on this holy night.
A star that guides, a flame that sings,
Yeshuah, Messiah, the King of kings.

ܫܡܝܐ ܡܢ ܥܠܝܐ ܡܪܢ ܡܬܫܒܚܝܢ

Heaven rejoices, the angels cry,
Gold, myrrh, and frankincense I bring on high.
