I Think My Computer Need Coffee More Than Me Today

Hello friends.

Today was another busy day for me. Almost the whole day I sit in front of my computer doing content work. My eyes feel tired at the end of the day, but I feel quite happy because many things get done today.

Most of my time today was spent on affiliate marketing. I continue looking for products, doing some research, and thinking what kind of products people maybe interested to buy. To be honest, finding products is not the hard part. The hard part is thinking how to present the product in a way that people want to watch.

Today I work on around 5 different products. Every product need different idea and different style. Some products easy to create content for, while some products take much longer because I need to think more about the video concept.

One of the products I work on today was a vacuum bottle. I spend quite some time discussing video ideas and storyboard. Sometime one simple video can take much more time than people think. There are many things to prepare before the video can be posted.

I also spend time checking product images. AI is very helpful, but sometime it also make funny mistakes. The product shape become different, the label become strange, or the size look wrong. Because of that, I always need to check carefully before using the image.

After that I continue making hero images for several products. I prefer simple white background because it looks clean and professional. When there are too many things around the product, people easily lose focus. Simple design sometime work better.

Once the images are ready, I continue creating affiliate videos. Every product need its own approach. Some videos require more research, while others need more creativity. I still learning every day and trying to improve little by little.

All the videos we completed today were posted on TikTok. We also discuss posting strategy, including how many videos should be uploaded and what time maybe better for posting. Nobody can really predict what will go viral. Sometimes a video you expect to do well gets no views, and sometimes a simple video suddenly performs much better.

At night I continue working on content. One short video maybe only a few seconds long, but there are many small tasks behind it. Need prepare image, storyboard, caption, editing and many other things. People only see the final video, but not the work behind it.

I also just started building my Shopee content journey. Right now I still learning and trying to understand the best way to do it. Everything feels a bit messy in the beginning, but I believe I will slowly figure it out.

For Shopee, I plan to create content not only for Shopee itself but also for Facebook and Thread. I am still new on Thread and trying to build my presence there. Hopefully over time I can grow an audience on that platform too.

Many people may ask why I suddenly focus so much on affiliate marketing. The answer is actually very simple. I like the idea of building something today that can continue generating income later. Of course it is not easy, but there are many success stories from people who stay consistent for a long time.

Talking about making money, I did not focus much on forex today. In fact, I plan to put forex aside for a few weeks and focus more on affiliate marketing. But there was some good news. One of my friends managed to catch around 600 pips on Gold today.

The funny thing is that he was mostly trading GU and EU before. I was actually the one who suggested he look at Gold again. Seeing him catch such a good move was quite interesting. Maybe sometimes we can see opportunities for other people better than for ourselves.

For now, I want to put more energy into content creation and affiliate marketing. I know the results may not come immediately. Maybe some videos will fail. Maybe some products will not sell. But I believe if I keep showing up every day, eventually something good will happen.

Today reminded me once again that small progress is still progress. Even if the result is not visible yet, every piece of content is another step forward.

Now it is getting late and I am feeling quite tired. But it is a good kind of tired because I know I spent my day working toward something.

Tomorrow will be another busy day.
